This was my first visit to this establishment. I had scheduled a girlfriend's spa event. The staff were very professional and informative. They started and ended all three of our sessions on time. We were provided water, hot tea, and candy afterwards. No pictures as didn't think it was appropriate. Nonetheless, the facility was very clean, nicely decorated, and played soft music. I've had a lot of massages, this one was not very good. I felt like my massage therapist lacked in technical skill. I don't know what her training was, but she had no order, no symmetry or balance in her technique, she focused on my right shoulder with so much determination that for a second I thought she wanted to dislocate it intentionally. I asked that the Massage focus on my glutes and hamstrings, she avoided that area. I had to ask her mid-massage to pay attention to my lower body. I'm an athlete, that's my focus for recovery. She massage the area but returned to my right shoulder. Just strange. The ambiance of the facilities was nice. The service at the desk was good. The tea the offered at the end was good as well. Maybe if the therapist was better I could have given more stars. read more

I was told I would be getting a massage at 11am. I was told my favorite massage therapist Jay is no longer here. New desk staff. I drive down here my very precious time. She scheduled me for 11 - I called at 10:30. I come in at 11 and no one is here to massage me. I have another appointment in Houston so I cannot be delayed. Another man comes in and is mislead about being able to get a massage. Another man comes in and says his appointment was rescheduled three times and asks if he can still get his massage. The lady takes him and I am left waiting. I still get tea while waiting. They only have female massage therapist now. I need a strong massage therapist who has muscles - I prefer a male therapist. Now I am very disappointed and my time is wasted. I should receive a discount - I am very disappointed Jay is not here and they cannot inform me what has happened to him. Naomi did ok. A lot of back walking and foot work to get the deep pressure but not deep with her hands. I feel much better she put some bengay or something on my shoulders I didn't request and now it feels hot/cold like mint - maybe that will help. It's not too comfortable though. Some of the walking was painful in a few spots and I worry I will have bruises. I am happy my upper back cracked a few times. I wish there was more done on top of my shoulders with elbows but the in between shoulders was ok. This bengay is uncomfortable. I do not like it burning hot cold on my skin. My pinched nerve does feel better but I wish she would have focused more on the upper shoulders where I circled. It could use more work. read more

Came here for a second time and it was a terrible experience. The first time was great but the second time was extremely disappointing. If I wanted lotion / oil applied on my body I would have done it myself at home. We asked for deep tissue massage... not light tissue massage. I asked the person doing my massage to go harder 4 times and she did not make any difference in the massage . I did not feel better after the massage which was highly disappointing . When we made a comment - the front desk lady did not offer solutions for a poor experience . I don't recommend going to this place as it doesn't seem their employees are trained to listen to the requests of their clients. Stopped by Peaceful Massage to see if I could get an appointment. They were available right away. I got an appointment immediately and went in and got ready. The young lady that came was very polite and explained everything that the massage included and proceeded to give me a great massage. I had a little pain in my shoulder when I went in and she took care of that. Did the thai/combo massage, which was where they walk on your back and various pressure massage. So I took my boyfriend here for his bday and we got massages together. He got the Swedish and I got the prenatal. The ladies who massaged us were very nice and the place was very clean and smelled great. The massages themselves were not so great, at no point did I feel like my muscles were being massaged I had some tightness in my upper back right below my neck and my shoulder and I felt no relief what so ever.
