I have had to make a few repair requests in the first year I have been here and the maintenance team has been quick and efficient. They are attentive and are always happy and eager to fix any issue I have had. Adrian and Chan helped me recently fix my dishwasher within a few days of making a ticket and their great service is what prompted me to make this review. Know your tenant rights and be prepared to exercise them. Based on my experience you can expect this place to do less than the bare minimum when it comes to maintenance. You've been warned. The hot water heater issue I posted about has been resolved. A week after the original service call and after contacting their lawyer but none the less, they did fix it. I genuinely dislike leaving negative reviews however, when I am paying for a service and the service is far below a subpar level after being advertised as "luxury". I have been disrespected by the office staff and threatened with lawsuits and eviction over reviews. If you want to evict me, go ahead. I'm leaving genuine honest reviews for this complex. If you would like a better review, earn it. 1. Overflowing trash at a luxury complex (I have ample documentation and you know this because you see it daily) 2. Feline Infestation- Residents feed the cats. Not Luxury. 3. Being surrounded by trailer parks (Not Luxury) two of the four sides of the complex are skirted with low income trailer parks. 4. Obnoxiously fast speeds through the parking lot. When someone gets killed I will be there to bring this up. 5. Dog poop- is everywhere from residents that refuse to pick it up. Including the animals of staff. Look at the dog park area. I took a video where I walked the entire length and couldn't take more than five steps through the grass without dodging dog poop. If you can't control the residents then someone should be contracted to clean the area so that families are not tracking it through their apartments. 6. Entitled office staff- They just want you to sign the contract. After that they don't care one bit. I am not even allowed to contact the office at their request through their lawyer because they can't be held responsible for the "issues" in their complex. If you bring it up to them you are "threatening" them. Though they failed to produce any evidence of this. 7. Everything in my apartment has been failing since we moved in. a. Faulty AC for the first TWO MONTHS after moving in. When it totally failed and my service animal was having complications from the heat, they ignored my emergency service call saying "We don't have to come out if it is below 85 degrees". That's really awesome. I wish I "didn't have to pay full rent when all the amenities I pay for are not provided" but I don't get that option. b. Security Gate- Literally the main reason we chose this complex. It's always broken and open literally 40 feet from where we park and were surrounded by low income trailer parks and thefts have been documented. c. Our refrigerator makes a loud clunk noise every hour. This is great when you have pets. They love to get riled up. We already warned them the fridge will fail soon. They want to wait until it does before replacing it even if we loose food over the issue. Being proactive in this complex does not happen. Last but not least. They know I am a disabled multi war combat veteran and that my wife is a cancer patient and...that our daughter is autistic and mentally incapable of understanding why she was miserable when we had no AC and...they still want to play games and make us wait for hot water? I use to live here 2 years ago and it wasnt that bad of an experience. I placed an Amazon order for my old apartment lucky I was able to get the first package with no issue but the second package was a problem. I went to the office cause my package was in the locker room. And I didn't have a key. I asked if I can get my package and showed them my Amazon account and how I placed the order for the wrong location. Cause I live 10 min away from there. She was very rude about how I needed an ID and I get it but I didn't come prepared cause I didn't think I would need one since I showed my Amazon account. I told her I had a picture of my debit card and that it has my name. She was very rude again and said I needed a photo ID. I just wanted my package. I had proof that it's mine. I moved to Ashton Point thinking I was moving in to a Luxury apartment, or "RESORT STYLE LIVING " because that's what is advertised when you drive in to the premises. The model unit they show prospective tenants is a unit that has been completely gutted and remodeled, re-decorated as well. Of course it's beautiful. So, the whole thing is a scam because when I moved in on August 2021, I was given a run down, filthy, paint splatters everywhere on floor and cabinets, old wood floor with scratches, cracked accent lamp, broken washer that was leaking, broken living room ceiling fan, Etc. Please see the pictures of my unit 2118, was never cleaned or sanitized in the middle of Covid. And nothing was done about it by any of the property managers. There has been three property managers at Ashton Point in the last year. None of them care to make things right. After I complained about the above and the pictures that are posted here, regional manager Liz or Elizabeth Girgenti told Jessica to tell me sorry there's nothing they can do but will raise your rent from 1765 to 1810 if I stay or 1910 if I leave And do month to month. Greystar doesn't care to make anything right. I never signed any paperwork agreeing to the increase of rent if I stayed or left but still I paid it and I was effed. The only agreement I have between Ashton Point and myself is the lease agreement Where my rent is 1765. Property manager now Jessica Hott, doesn't know what she's doing and how she is affecting the community by the decisions Jessica says are made by her regional manager Liz Girgenti. Tenants are so pissed off and moving out after being here for years that had their rent raised from 1400's to 1800's... so clearly tenants mad and retaliate randomly leaving trash in common areas, trash the parking lot, the walkways, dog owners not picking up after their dogs, so there's poop everywhere and there's always somebody stepping in poop that is left behind by big and small dogs owners. Enough said... if you decide to move here, I have listed a few tips to be aware of. 1- make sure you give a 60 day notice before moving or you will be imposed an additional month 2- just because you tour a remodeled unit doesn't mean you are going to get the same thing... though you might be lucky.... Or not... 3-make sure you install security cameras because break-ins are very frequent and real at Ashton pointe. Leaving my house early in the morning morning is really scary because I've seen so many shady people that don't live at Ashton pointe staring at me watching me leave my apartment. 4- Car break-ins is a huge thing here as well. I have several neighbors they had their car is broken into. 5- If you decide to take a walk around the premises of Ashton Point, or walk. Your dog, make sure you watch where you're stepping because many dog owners don't pick up after their dogs. If you are a dog owner that doesn't pick up after your dog and you're caught by management or a snitch neighbor you will be penalized and given a fee. 6- Management also has inform us by email that they will be installing cameras throughout the apartment complex in the near future for added security. 7- Also, beware of the Karen that assists the 20 something year old property manager Jessica Hoot... she is a real Karen and is rude x1000. She is a reactor. 8- leasing office personnel will be nice at first... then you are a bother. They will talk down to you. All of them are new too and have no clue how to manage. 9- apartments are super small, living room is small dining room as well. if you're paying over 1700 for living here, once you move in, you will realize it's not worth it and you made a bad decision. There's so many other places to look up that are way nicer that have a reasonable price. Or you will be stuck for one year. 10- throughout the year you will have a swarm of ants in the master bathroom just crawling over your leg when you get up and use the restroom. First off, shout out to the maintenance crew. They're the only good part about that place. However, property management folks SUCK. You want to pay for a gated community where the gates are stuck open for months on end? You want barbecue grills to blow up in your face due to faulty gas connections? You want your car to be broken into and golf bag stolen? You want that same car to be stolen 2 months later? Here's your place. It's best to avoid any property managed by GreyStar. I requested that my stolen car be posted within our community's network but it was rejected while less than 24 hours before that someone got approved to post about their lost cat. There are no cameras anywhere else than common areas so good luck on getting any leads if your stuff gets stolen. The language and terms covered in the lease agreements are so vague and strict that they're virtually untouchable when it comes to violating any tenant rights or lack of decency. TLDR: Management is very poor and didn't take me seriously once I became a resident, or enforce any of their own rules. The noise is unbearable and drove me mad to the point of breaking my lease. The walls seem to be made of cardboard. Long version: I cannot recommend living here under any circumstances. I lived here for 5 months in 2023 - broke my lease. I moved to Ashton Pointe as it was the nicest apartment complex I had seen in my tour of many different complexes in the west valley. Advertised as resort style living, it is deceptively luxurious. I would NOT recommend living here due to my biggest complaints - noise and garbage. There are lots of families and lots of children at Ashton Pointe - I was unaware of this and as a fresh college graduate and first time apartment tenant, I decided to choose a room above the main pool due to the pleasant view. What a terrible mistake this was. For those who are new to apartment hunting - do not get an apartment near a pool as it will likely be quite loud. Day and night I had problems sleeping, and complained multiple times to the front office, but nothing changed. I used a white noise machine, earplugs, noise cancelling headphones, and a fan on a nearly nightly basis just to catch a wink of sleep. Screaming and yelling children, huge parties, and bbqs. Ashton Pointe has a third party security whom I have called numerous times after 10pm (when the pool closes) about noise complaints. I don't think they ever showed up. Many of these calls I made were around 3 am when people decided it was a great time to do cannonballs in the pool! The front office told me the gates to the pool lock at 10pm. The problem is many people will go into the pool at 9:59pm and stay in there as long as they like. I considered just switching units to one far away from the pool but this would not solve the other problem I had with Ashton Pointe - garbage. There is garbage everywhere! On the lawns, on the sidewalks, stairs and hallways, and in the breezeways (there is no valet trash - so people leave their trash by the door for days) The trash rolloff bins start to overflow a few days after they are picked up. Sundays are the worst and there is no place to throw away your trash due to the overflowing bins. I saw used baby diapers around the complex a lot. Other problems: 1. Leasing office personnel are nice at first but once I became a resident, I was made to feel like I was a bother. 2. Street vendors, ice cream trucks, etc. roll around, honk their horns, and play music throughout the complex. 3. I did not feel safe coming home in the evening. I have had people stare and watch me as I come and go. One time there was a guy standing in the stairwell from the distance whistling at me - it was unsettling. read more

Truly the NOISIEST apartments I've ever lived at. Barking dogs, people BLASTING their music in the pools, neighbors also BLASTING their music. They'll offer you a security number, but security never comes. You call and it sounds like they just woke up. Pool hours are supposed to close at 10pm and nobody listens, they enter at 11pm and have their screaming children playing in the water and start having their smoke session. Front office does nothing about barking dogs, they say there's steps but never take those steps. I've sent videos I've called when the dog is actively barking and nothing. And the dog barking is not just 20 minutes, it goes on for HOURS. There's nothing "luxury" about living here. If you want somewhere you can relax and enjoy your home this is definitely not the place. read more

I could never recommend this place in good conscience. Not even to my worst enemy. As bad as the pictures are, they don't show the half of it. Without even acknowledging the nightmare that is Alliance Residential Management, the entire complex is filthy and unkept. The halls and stairways are not maintained at all. The concept of a dumpster is completely foreign the majority of the residents, hence the common areas are always covered in trash. The same dirty diaper literally sat on the roof outside our unit for the entire 7 months lived here. The dumpster area is constantly overflowing into the parking lot, and many residents just leave their trash piling up by their door for weeks at a time (see photos). Our unit slowly went from having a few occasional cockroaches (expected for the area) to a FULL ON infestation. 14 cockroaches in the coffee pot, 6 behind the kitchen aid, a dozen plus scurrying around the countertop when you walk out in the morning, etc. Not to mention the droppings. Cockroach droppings everywhere (see pics). I can't help but blame it on the overall lack of sanitation throughout the building. Even more infuriating is the fact that you are billed monthly for pest control, yet somehow it seems as if they just use that money to buy more cockroaches to release in the facility. Right up until the gym closed due to COVID-19, it was rarely stocked with sanitation wipes or even paper towels in the bathrooms. They also don't turn on the A/C for the majority of the year, leaving the gym practically useless as the weather warms up. Before the pool closed due to COVID, it was freezing in the winter months (they'll tell you it's heated), the hot tub was rarely heated, and both the pool and the tub were always filthy. There was once a full cup of ramen noodles in the hot tub for days before it was cleaned up. Anyways there is a CONSTANT din from barking dogs throughout day and night. Most leave their dogs on the balcony while they're away, and the sound of these animals is inescapable. Describing all the noise as an annoyance would be an understatement. Most common area grills didn't work for the majority of the time that we lived there. And domestic violence is a HUGE issue in this complex. You'll frequently hear fighting outside or through the walls until the cops show up. We were once woken up to someone banging and kicking on our door at 6am threatening his girlfriend, only to realize he had the wrong unit. While this experience was traumatic, it is not at all surprising. This complex truly is a terrible place to live. Essentially, we were only able to enjoy our individual unit. The lack of maintenance in the common areas makes them completely useless (yet we're billed for common area expenses every month). Even staying inside our individual unit is less than ideal though because the cockroach issue and constant noise is enough to make anyone want to crawl out of their skin. My hard-fought advice would be this: If factors such cleanliness, amenities, and peace of mind are a priority for you when shopping for an apartment, keep looking. This is not the place for you if you value your comfort, sanitation, and sanity. We wish we had known these things prior to signing a lease. For comparable pricing, there are much better options in the Avondale, Goodyear, Tolleson and Litchfield area. Best of luck. Bye guys. read more

Be careful when applying here they will keep your $55 application fee, $250 administration fee, $7.5 service fee, $10 tax, $20 miscellaneous charge. its almost like they purposefully bait people into applying and showing a model apartment only to reject 50 applicants... The women who attended me started out super friendly to be honest and I would ask some direct questions and she would make me feel like there are options or ways we could go about doing things, even showed me the apartment the first day I went. she got me to apply and I felt like I would for sure get the apartment But then the next couple of days she went cold. I had to chase her down through calls, emails and when I would get no answer I would drive up to the apartments so they could attend me. It's like after applying and paying all the fees they forgot about me. Be careful! do not let them trick you like they did to me. When you sign the application or whatever agreement they have it so you cannot get your money back!! Don't be fooled!! I have lived in this apartment complex for over a year now and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. I have watched the children here play in garbage that just kept piling up for four days in the common areas. The staff is so unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. It is never ending with the turnover and with brand-new people in the office and their excuse is always ,I'm sorry I've only worked here for a little while I don't know how it works. When I did my first walk-through I had a long list of things that needed to be fixed as of today not one has been fixed except the dishwasher. That was fixed after 10 months because of my relentless complaining. One month here I was quoted four different rent prices for the month. To this day I have not gotten an explanation for that. The rent hikes that they say are within normal limits are horrible. I am paying $2000 for a tiny two bedroom two bath apartment in Avondale. The drug dealing that goes on here it is truly disgusting and dangerous. I have witnessed a neighbor reporting her car being vandalized not once but twice. The office staff told her that she was being targeted because to have it happen twice to the same person never happens there. This poor girl was beside herself and in truth vandalism happens there all the time. It always smells like urine no matter where you walk on the campus. The residents leave their garbage out in the breezeway until they feel the need to throw it away which can be days on end. I have wasted so much money marinating steaks to barbecue only to have none of their barbecues up and running. I had the Monday after Mother's Day off. That was the day my daughter came over to barbecue with me. I stopped in the office on Mother's Day and asked if the barbecues would be running because I cannot waste any more money on steaks. The office staff assured me that the barbecues would be running. The next day my daughter and I went to barbecue and could not find any that were working. When I went into the office they walked us to the complete other side of the complex and told us this is the only one that works. All the residents have to pay for use of the barbecues, propane, and lighting, which are never working. Today I did my final walk-through so I can move out. The office staff informed me that the apartment looked great and asked me to bring back a cashiers check for a certain amount. I agreed and asked for my receipt to show I was paid in full and my balance was zero. Erica, who is working in the office stated she has only been working there for two months and she was not allowed to write a receipt. When I tried to press the issue and find out why after two months she's not allowed to write a receipt she stated besides I don't know how much they're going to charge you for the hard water line in the toilet. I asked her what she was talking about because we just did my walk-through and she told me how great the apartment looked. She had never pointed anything out to me. She said again I don't know how much they're going to charge you. I explained to her that this was my final walk-through, I was supposed to have a final bill and a receipt showing that I am paid in full. They cannot charge me down the road for whatever they deem necessary. She stated that she was new and did not know how it worked. This is what it is like to go to the office and try and get anything done. I took my time to drive all the way over there for my final walk-through and still I do not have anything finished because of the incompetence and how they want to leave everything open ended so they can constantly charge you for things. On top of all of this, there is constant partying, fighting, wild cats and dogs... Animal feces cover the whole property, homeless people and residents dig through the trash that sits outside the bins. It is absolutely disgusting and if you ever bring these things to the offices attention you just get a whole bunch of attitude. They are very shady. I think Arizona Family News would be very interested in how this complex is run. Definitely would steer clear of this apartment complex, it has been a nightmare. read more

Listen, this chick Rachel, is a issue within the management/leasing team of Ashton pointe!! If you go thru some of these other reviews you will see Rachel is the common denominator!! When I say she is EXTREMELY rude I promise you!!! please avoid dealings with her at all costs. Even as a prospective tenant walking into the leasing office to inquire on an apartment, I would advise talk with someone else. Rachel shows zero empathy for tenants. She is very smug. Gives unwarranted sarcastic comments. Will rather argue with a tenant than to come up with proper customer service resolutions!! She is not here to help at all. She will deflect any issue or concern that you may voice to her,back on to you. Basically she has a deal with it or get lost type of approach. My last encounter with her left me very upset. I had to call my husband so that i could calm myself. Even he got upset because he knows in order for me to interrupt his work day calling him, it's an issue. I DO NOT appreciate her condescending tone of voice she carried during our conversation at all. All over me voicing my confusion on a $14 fee for "expired renters insurance " when in fact our renters insurance never expired not once! we have it set up to automatically renew each year + automatic payments deducted from our account once a month. Even had declaration paperwork emailed from Assurant to Ashton pointe. Lived here for a little over a year no issues with renters insurance at all. So yes I had questions and concerns seeking clarity on this like any one should when being charged additional fees out of nowhere. We pay our rent in full on time each and every month! Rachel refused to accept our rent all over this $14 fee!! Which would've made our rent late ! And as we all know late fees would've been added on! How is that fair I asked. She answers,"Whether it's fair or not doesn't matter I cannot accept your rent today unless it has the additional fee added into your rent." Explain to me why, show me your work system or whatever on your end Rachel as to what's going on or what went wrong is all i wanted her to do! Clearly there is a communication breakdown between either Ashton pointe system, and/or assurant? It's not so much the fee it's the principle. I just wanted to figure out what happened. But no Rachel couldn't sit me down to do such a professional thing !! Nope not the way she handles things! My husband and I will be having a sit down with her manager Ashley come Monday morning. Although I enjoyed most of my stay at Ashton Pointe Apartments, I was not happy with the attitude or helpfulness of the staff when it was time to end my stay. I cleaned my apartment before I left. There was dust on the kitchen counter top and the stove top they charged me almost $100 in cleaning fees when the place was left in broom swept condition. I dont think it is fair to charge the resident for cleaning the apt for the next resident. I definitely wont reside there again and I will not give any referrals. read more

All I have to say is that this place is a scam at the end of your stay! I will totally have to agree with the last review! My bf and I stayed for a short term lease and it was decent, but for what we were paying was not even worth it. We had the same thing happen to us when we left. They charged us $120 for clean up fees and when they did the walk thru the woman said everything looked fine. A MONTH later we get a phone call from a collections agency saying that we owe the $120!! My son lives at these apartments and I stay some weekends. I just want to say that since they switched property management, it's a nicer environment! The front office staff are friendly and helpful, the maintenance workers are friendly and do a great job with repairs. They seem to care and listen. The grounds are very well kept and the overall property is beautiful. Worth every penny I pay! read more

It's unfortunate how many bad reviews you can find online these days on just about any company (even Disney!), with most not bothering to tell their positive stories. Most not even leaving feedback at all. First apartment renter here: Whenever I make a large investment I really, really try to do my research. I visited with well over 10 other nice apartments between Goodyear, AZ and Surprise, AZ in the 780-1000/month range. Ashton Pointe costs a little more than most of its competitors in the West Valley, but I truly couldn't be more happy now, parting with the extra monthly cash to live here. Only been here about a week, but my encounters with all the leasing office staff, the manager Sandy, both the maintenance staff, and every resident I've come in contact was an outstanding experience. They've taken care of every need, from endless questions (I'm very particular), to immediately repairing some things most people wouldn't even give a second glance, being patient with me as a new renter, being very professional and informative. They allowed me to get the cable company to install a new outlet even though there were plenty of outlets and I was putting my computer in an odd part of the apartment (immediately getting me a manager signed approval). The gym is 95% better than every apartment I looked at. I used to be a personal trainer, I go to the gym a lot, but I'll be canceling my LifeTIME membership already; this amenity is spotlessly clean just like every other one on the property. Very high ceilings and large glass windows, plenty of ceiling fans, overseeing the great landscape and pool with its water fountains, tons of equipment for everything you could want to do, excess of cardio equipment, gym stretch mats, free weights and machines alike, self-controllable speaker system with volume control and preset radio stations. Not one broken or damaged piece of equipment, much unlike their competitors. A+++ Very nice gas grills everywhere. Jacuuzis (two of them), hotter than most you'll get in, barely smelling of chlorine, and very clean. Great hours at the office to pick up fedex packages and get help with things. You can use Cox internet/cable as well as Century Link (don't use century link, terrible experience with support and lousy service/connection - some of Ashton Pointe's competitors only contract thru Century Link). Very well maintained grounds/grass/pool. There's a really nice putting green near the pool, huge plus for me. Almost forgot, this place is insanely quiet compared to noise at every apartment complex I visited. This was one of my greatest fears of renting because of working night shift more often than not as a nurse, and can't lose sleep. Not a single interruption. As a nurse that takes extreme pride in good customer satisfaction, I know and appreciate it when it's there. There's a reason why it's called luxury apartments. Been living here since 2018 and this place has gone down hill. You smell weed everywhere and people leave there trash everywhere

The rent goes up higher and higher every month, and each apartment is appointed one car port which your second car has to find an available open spot to park which there is none available after 6 pm. IF you find a spot to park which is far from your apartment, it can be dangerous for a woman because most of the lighting outdoors is broke or without bulbs that work. read more

I've lived here for 4 years. When I first moved in it was owned by PB Bell Co. and they were great. As soon as they sold to Alliance, it has gone down hill real fast. The staff is very unfriendly and any repairs could take forever. They call these Luxury Apartments???? I wouldn't rent here again. read more

The complex grounds are clean for the most part and the staff have been very friendly but there are some noticeable differences since the new management company took over approximately a year ago. The pools have been closed without any type of notice for half of the time since the summer season has began which may not seem like a huge deal but when you are carrying a toddler along with all of your stuff across the parking lot in 115 degree weather, it does make a difference and it would be nice to have some sort of notice. Unsupervised children playing in the gym constantly along with loud parties at the pool with people smoking weed out in the open this is truly luxury apartment living with section 8 environment. Tre and Ashley are by far the worst ever. I've been here for years and TRE and ASHLEY are the most unprofessional unethical horrible attitude accusing rude lack of integrity and empathy who as soon as you walk in to the leasing office you walk into HELL with eye rolling nasty sarcastic fire coming out of there entire body ready to attack anyone THIS people need training or need to work somewhere else. We pay too much money to get treated and disrespected. I witness an old old lady getting disrespected by TRE and ASHLEY it was truly horrible and heartbreaking . If you don't like your job and you have NO people skills I urgue that you resign your jobs and go work somewhere else. We the attendants at Ashton pointe need to get together and start a petition to get this people OUT. If someone knows where I can file a complaint to the company a name and number please let Me know. If you had a very horrible experience with this two individuals I urge to please speak up. Next time I go in to the office I will have to record my every experience so that I can have proof and have someone from upper management review them. Tre allowed his friends to move in and allowed and helped pay less and use programs that pays their rent. if Tre has something against you he will make sure when your lease is up he will charge you the highest amount that's not fair and needs to be looked into. I've been living here for almost a year in a 2x2 and the girls up front are very friendly are always helping me when I need them ... my base rent is 1250.00 and I pay monthly 1350.00 they do have extra fees they do not tell you about which is the hallway lights for your building , the gas for the grills, & pest control. The water is separated but it's divided between everyone In your building which is nice . The complex just added night security which I think is amazing !! They also host little game nights and little things around the holidays.. parking for me isn't so bad I'm on side of the park. The back side does smell like dog piss and shit the complex does NOT keep up with the doggy park (the residents should learn to clean up after their dogs) . We do however have a cat problem not to bad but every now and then it does get bad . The luxury ehhh I think it's a bit over dramatic we have two pools and you have to have the pass (bracelet) and if you lose it they charge you $50. They have a mini golf area and little bag games around the main pool . They do have a spider problem but just call the office for the pest control . CARPET EVERYWHERE !!!! Kitchen and bathrooms are the only thing that don't have carpet ! I would recommend this apartment but I personally can't wait to get out for the money I'm paying that's A 3x3 house for rent in the same area. Good luck if you decide to stay here !! read more

I put in an application with them and unfortunately wasn't approved so I was told back in September I'd get a refund. As of today October 3 I still haven't received anything not just that but I found out its not for the right amount. First, they said the check was cashed then they said the check was issued on September 26 and it'll take 7-14 days to receive from downtown Phoenix, AZ when I only live in Avondale AZ a 20minute drive. Went into Ashton Pointe apartments this morning at 11:55 am to be exact. To get information regarding their apartments. The person at the desk was very rude with us. She didn't want to help us. She scribbled the prices down on the brochure and every question I asked her she couldn't give answer. Rachel is completely rude and very disrespectful iv never had problems with these apartments but I am a resident for a few months now and have never experienced this low level of service that she is providing in the office, when coming to her with a simple issue she responds with no help and makes it clear it is not her problem when it very much is because it is in fact her job. Definitely NOT luxury at all. The people who clean the apartments before move in sucked ass. I took pictures for proof , best believe I won't let myself get charged move out fees if I leave the apartment just as I got it when I moved in. Also, I have someone parking in my parking spot I called office to see how I can get it towed since it is MY parking spot and I was told I had to wait 24-48 hours and if they didn't move their car THEN I can have them towed. BULLSHIT! They just expect me to park my car in the sun for that long? Sike! Since we seen it wasn't TOO MUCH of a big deal for them we decided to park in someone else's parking spot as well.. They also have 2 dumpsters for like 5 buildings and only get picked up 2 times a week. The dumpster area is ALWAYS filthy always over flown with trash. Maintenance sucks as well, we personally went into the office to show them all the water bubbles we were starting to get in our ceilings and water coming out of the light switches in the laundry room like 3 weeks ago and till this day not one person has shown up to take a look at it. So they BETTER not try and charge me for that shit too. Lol honestly the worst place I've ever lived in. We also wanted to get shown the apartment we were gonna get before moving in to see how it looked, they obviously only show you the show room but we had the leasing lady helping us measure the living room so we could see if our new couches and were gonna fit and come to move in date we see our apartment had a random ass desk stuck to the wall that they didn't even mention throughout the whole process. So the couches we ended up buying didn't even fit!! Lol worst place ever! Hate it! Can't wait till our lease is up. I can honestly keep going but y'all get the point lol read more

We just signed our 3rd lease with Ashton Pointe and upgraded to a bigger apartment. We definitely love it here and have always had great interactions with the staff! The fitness center, pools, theater, and putting green are second to none. Definitely a recommended place to live. Keep in mind if you are looking that the pricing can change every day so stay in touch with the staff to get the best rate. read more

I AM SOOOOO FRUSTRATED. I have been living here over a year and renewed my lease mainly because I like the treatment I received. THERE ARE WASP NEST EVERYWHERE. One got into my apartment just the other day and you can't walk five feet without running into another one once you go outside. Also, ever since we have been under new management. There has been a number of problems. We need a pool pass to go to the pool and if you don't have it you'll be fined. And there has been instances where they closed down the polls because a resident was down there without a pool pass!!!!!! I feel like I'm in middle school and I need a hall pass to go to the bathroom. The only thing good is the calendar they send out every month that says pest control is every Monday. BUT, I have literally asked for pest control a total of 5 times within the last month and still have not received it. Before, I would ask for pest control and receive it within the next 3-4 business days and not even that sometimes. Next time, I am not renewing my lease at all. Also, the staff is great. I am not sure of the other young lady's name but I know Rachel. She is very kind and is actually the one who sold me on this place. Honestly, she should be the manager because I think she has the residents interest at heart. read more

I have lived in the Ashton Pointe Apartments for almost four years, and would give it a 5 on amenities alone, but since it has been acquired by Alliance, I feel the customer service has gone downhill. The two people that work in the office are not very welcoming, it takes forever to get work orders completed (I am currently on day 6 waiting for the door of my stove to be fixed). I have also been complaining of the neighbors that have lived above me for the last 2 months. They are loud, play music and instruments all hours of the day, with no regard for their neighbors (they live on the second floor. The management said to keep complaining, call the police, all of which I have done. I am reasonable to some noise in an apartment, but they have taken the "luxury" out of my living experience. I completely agree with the other comments about it being a nightmare to leave. They lure you in with great amenities and nice apartments (I have to admit it is nice while you are living there). In the end however, all of the good times were tarnished with a bad leaving experience. Exorbitant cleaning fees and beware that you have to give a 60 notice before you leave (not a 30 day notice like the rest of the renting world). That's where they got us. We not only had to pay for the extra time we didn't need, they raised the rent WAY up (hundreds of dollars more). Outrageous, they don't care about you, but I guess that's what you should expect when you rent from a giant conglomerate (PB Bell). read more
