My wife works a demanding job in the city so we needed to find somewhere very close to the train station to make the commute manageable. What's more, we have a baby at home and I work at Princeton University as a professor, so we needed to find a safe neighborhood within commuting distance to downtown Princeton, with good schools, easy access to daycare. To top it all off, we were moving from California and so were on a very tight schedule to tour houses. Despite these challenges, Debbie came through and found us a delightful home just 3 minutes from Princeton Junction station, and gave us great advice on how to submit an acceptable offer that didn't break the bank.
