Unbelievably disappointed! Staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. I asked for information about allergens and if they had a list. One man told me that there was no list and he had no idea about ingredients. Then a girl stormed out of the back and copped a major attitude with me, by saying, "everything has gluten and dairy in it, BYE!" Allergies should be taken seriously and kindly. The food is just not that tasty, I keep on giving it a chance but am disappointed each time :( Honestly, the food is cooked normally it's just the recipes that need a lot of work. I am feeling so nauseous and I ate here four hours ago. I got the lo mein (it was horrible. why was it sour?) the fried rice (eh.) and the orange chicken (it was fine but greasy.) The service was fine except for this guy who pushed me out of the line but that wasn't the employee's fault. I won't be returning here though since I'm so sick. Don't do it. read more

Overpriced. Inattentive staff. Horrible food I once paid nearly 10 bucks for a 2 item meal and a drink. The fried rice was so hard and greasy it may as well have been deep fried. The orange chicken was more slimy than crispy and the spare ribs were burnt pieces of rubber coated in sugar. To make matters worse I was sick for practically the entire remainder of the day. This time I got a side of Lo Mein. Tasteless except for Lard. And still sick. I advise anyone shopping here to never eat here. Either eat before coming here or just wait to eat after. Management needs to buck up and bring real brands to this outlet mall's food court and not this off brand garbage. Absolutely atrocious read more

Saw the new seafood menu and had to give it a try. Love the price and the seafood is the fresh and delicious. The service was amazing and quick. i couldnt get enough of the cajuin sauce. Asian Chao is my favorite place for asian food and seafood. read more

My son ordered the orange chicken, sesame chicken and noodles. After one bite of each of the chicken dishes, he said it tasted funny and I told him not to eat anymore chicken. He finished the noodles. Within 5 minutes, he threw up all of the food he'd eaten. Clearly the chicken was spoiled and likely the noodles cooked with old oil. Will never go back there again. I visited here today and purchased two entrees. I asked for a glass of water to drink and the cashier REFUSED to give me a glass of water. They had styrofoam cups near the regular beverages and she insisted that I had to purchase bottled water. Located inside the Food Court, it was the only option that looked as though they had cooked food, non-sandwiches, as a choice. I ordered two sides, as opposed to a regular meal. The veggie fried rice was decent, but lukewarm and the peas tasted somewhat still frozen and the side order of vegetables, which were very salty. Although the food was just OK, I was full afterwards and this was by far the healthier choice inside the Food Court. read more

Last week I came to the outlets to go shopping and stopped by Asian chao. The girls were fanatic and friendly and the food was delicious.

What a disappointment. Chicken dry and tough. Rice over fried and noodles tasteless. Cannot recommend even fir a snack
