Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you. The space is located in a historic, corner building in downtown Easton and is decorated beautifully. There is even outdoor seating which was perfect for the warm, spring day of our shower. The passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious and filling, and the wait staff was very attentive and kept the bites coming whole time. The owners, Cindy and Chris, are lovely people and they executed a flawless event, going above and beyond with beautiful, personal touches and attention to every detail. They even created a floral Instagram wall for guests to take photos - it was a hit! Fun fact - Cindy's daughter is a talented pastry artist and she created trays of tarts and other sweets that were as delicious as they were gorgeous to look at.
