Maybe a half hour after taking our order someone told us part of our order was "too difficult to make." The first time we went, the waitress didn't keep track of our order and didn't know what was on the menu, so at the register we had to take a menu out and read out what we got. Another staff member was just seated staring at her and didn't help. The staff seems to consist of one professional waitress and people who just seem to be helping out. I have no idea what the kitchen is like - it must be chaos if they lose orders for hours at a time. The food really is amazing though. Come, and if they're busy get the buffet. We took the butter chicken, chicken korma, chicken tikka masala (I know, but my friend is against eating lambs), and saag paneer. Everything was delicious and the naan was as good as the ones I had in India. I'd even say the food was somewhat better than at my favorite place in Cambridge, Mass (which is fabulous).
