Had an appt for two. Very rushed - not relaxing. Walk ins taken while we had to wait. The guy who did my nails very rushed and didn't cure the polish long enough. Polish lasted two days - my friend just got regular polish and we both had pedi mani - extremely expensive and old polish used making it not last long as well. $150 with tip. Won't got back. Came here for a pedicure and a mani/pedi for my granddaughter. While they were awesome with her, I did not have such a good experience. The tech I had did not understand english. She pretty much gave me a pedicure without even allowing me to soak in the water. No sooner than I placed my feet in the water, she was pulling both out. She placed so much of the callus remover on my feet that they have been peeling badly. She also cut a couple nails so short that I'm now dealing with ingrowns. I will not return. read more

Whenever we visit Massanutten, we try to visit this nail salon. The staff are always friendly and my husband loves manicures from the owner's wife. He works with his hands and his cuticles become painful for him. She does a great job cleaning them up. I got a pedicure and dip manicure this visit, my mom got a gel pedicure. The shine is gorgeous and I appreciate them taking into consideration the nail shape I prefer. I recently went and got a pedicure at this place because I had a gift card. I was there less than 30 min (which included them soaking off the gel that I had on my toes, doing the whole pedicure process and putting gel back on them). LESS than 30 min! the lady who did my pedi was very sloppy, rushed and didn't even do half of the stuff that most pedicures cover. I politely called after leaving and spoke to the gentleman there letting him know that I was not satisfied with my service and that I didn't think it was worth $50. I had already paid the $50 but was very disappointed. He asked me to come back by the salon and stated that he would give me some of the money back on a gift card. I accepted, thinking it would allow me to give them another opportunity. I went by to pick up the gift card and the guy came to the front desk , pulled out an envelope and handed it to me. when I got in the car I noticed that he did NOT give me a gift certificate, instead he gave me a little cash back with a nasty note in it that he wrote...thank you for the chance but unfortunately we don't want you back. P.S. DONT COME BACK!! Talk about poor customer service. I was baffled at the way he handled the situation. if you're in need of a mani/pedi, go somewhere else...anywhere else where they will actually treat their customers well. read more

AWFUL! Were new to the area so figured we would find a new place we love, this was not it! We first walked in & it seemed a little run down , but I figured oh no worries Maybe they're good. my 3 & 4 year old got a treat of getting their feet and nails done. I asked if they had time they said yes. We sat down at the pedicure station, the im assuming owners kid followed my girls. She seemed to be 2 or 3. She proceeded to try and spray my oldest with the hose while we were waiting , trying to turn the water on. She then climbs into the pedicure station bowl. They all just laugh and eventually come get her out. After about 15 minutes they finally came over. didn't let the kids out their feed in the water, just buffed my oldest toes for 2 seconds and proceeded to try and paint them , meanwhile someone else is doing her hand. She gets mad that she won't sit still, I said she will but you can't do her feet and nails at the same time. If you have kids you know they can't multitask. I said well why didn't you say that when we walked in. She gets an attitude and I said that's fine we'll just go somewhere else. She said okay go. We went across the street to the mall & the salon there was BEYOND amazing! I rather be charged $90 total for them both to actually get to put their feet in the water and spend quality time talking and doing their feet and nails rather then $90 at a rundown shop with no manners. Let's just say DONT go here. I even ran into someone after who was also there and seen me walk out. he said it was hide wife's & his first time & they won't be back! read more

This has been my go-to nail place for years. I always receive great service here and they leave my nails feeling and looking like a thousand bucks. They almost always are able to get me in when I come for a walk-in and they have WiFi which is huge for me. Don't be turned away by any old negative reviews; there has recently been a change in ownership! Mikey, who has worked there for years, recently bought it from the old owners. He's the best of the best! Their gel manicure price is also a little less than other places I've been. They have a wide selection of polishes which is constantly being updated. I have very short nails from biting them, but my wedding is coming up in a few weeks so I wanted to try acrylics and heard good things about this salon from a coworker. Belen did acrylics for me and they're beautiful! He was very thorough and careful, the application/polishing took about an hour and a half and I dried them for probably 20-25 minutes because I was scared of chipping them. Some other reviews mentioned that the owner was really chatty and it detracted from the relaxing pedicure experience and while he wasn't the one to do my nails, I could hear him from the other side of the room and I can understand where the reviewer was coming from. read more

I went here today with a friend and it was the best pedicure ive ever gotten. I had a nasty ingrown nail and not only did they help me with it but they explained what was going on with my nail. I had the worst experience of my fake nail life here on Friday evening! The technician did not give me a chance to wash my hands before starting the process (which resulted in a piece of dirt under the acrylic), the nail sizes appear too large for my fingers, and the acrylic doesn't even reach the bottom of my nails. When you add in the fact that the technician brushed acrylic all the way to my knuckles, didn't buff the nails down to smooth, and didn't say a word to me beyond "Full set?" and "Do you want gel top coat?", I don't have to think long about my decision to never go to this salon again. read more

I am a regular customer and I am always happy with the quality of their work and the friendliness of the staff. I got acrylic nails for my senior prom a year ago (which turned out flawlessly) and somehow messed one of them up after leaving. I came back in 2 days later and they fixed it for me no problem, free of charge. Just recently I was getting a pedicure after finishing my last round of final exams of my freshman year and came in to relax and get my toes done for vacation and I was offered a free design on my toes.
