HIGHEST standard of Indonesian cheffing in our experience in this country. Recently arrived for that purpose a couple of PROFESSIONAL Indonesian chefs. Business owners on site front and back of house: one Kiwi and one native of Indonesia, but long time resident of New Zealand. Husband / wife team ensured standards were VERY HIGH on all counts.
