I was told it was 150 per metre, which seemed reasonable until I was told it was 5 metres worth of materials after loading. Firstly, the area of rubbish being removed is the length of a single mattress, which are on average 1.9m, I understand that height comes into it aswell, however When a second truck rocked up which was already quite full, compared to the empty truck that was first there. This was the truck loaded. The workers seem to have spat a random number at me to try and get as much as they can. After quoting 750 for the job, I was quite surprised due to a much lower quote (350) from one of your competitors. After explaining this your worker instantly dropped the price to 350 cash, a 400 "discount". I appreciate you coming out, but do not appreciate your attempts at rorting someone hundreds of dollars for less than 15 minutes work. I will not ever recommend your service to anyone. Cheers.

When the cleaner arrived he informed me the small fridge wasn't included in the price and attempted to upsell the extra service which would have been over $400. The day before the cleaning I received an email saying the time had been unilaterally changed by 2 hours which caused a scheduling issue on my end. The cleaner was nice and he did a decent job, but the communication and terrible, and the value for money was a concern. I won't be calling the cleaners again.
