Hi there. I have…read morejust had some household materials removed from my house this morning. I was told it was 150 per metre, which seemed reasonable until I was told it was 5 metres worth of materials after loading. Firstly, the area of rubbish being removed is the length of a single mattress, which are on average 1.9m, I understand that height comes into it aswell, however When a second truck rocked up which was already quite full, compared to the empty truck that was first there. This was the truck loaded. The workers seem to have spat a random number at me to try and get as much as they can. After quoting 750 for the job, I was quite surprised due to a much lower quote (350) from one of your competitors. After explaining this your worker instantly dropped the price to 350 cash, a 400 "discount". I appreciate you coming out, but do not appreciate your attempts at rorting someone hundreds of dollars for less than 15 minutes work. I will not ever recommend your service to anyone. Cheers.
