The loss of a loved one is painful enough, but that grief can become even more overwhelming when families discover that they must also go through the probate court process, hire an attorney, and face uncertainty about the future of their family home. It is heartbreaking to see people carry these additional burdens while they are already grieving. That is why I am so thankful for Gaudy Law and the help they provide to families through the creation of a living trust. A properly prepared living trust can help families avoid probate and provide a deep sense of peace, knowing that this important responsibility has been taken care of. My wife and I personally used Gaudy Law to prepare our living trust, and the entire process was smooth, organized, and easy to understand. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. We received phone calls confirming our meetings, text-message reminders for our appointments, and simple requests to reply "yes" to confirm. As progress was made on our living trust, we received email notifications and regular updates. We were also given access to a convenient "My Case" portal where we could view messages, documents, tasks, billing information, and updates related to our trust. The billing process was straightforward and clearly explained, and all of the information was easily available through the portal. During our first meeting, my wife and I were thoroughly informed about the full scope of the process, including billing, communication, expectations, and the steps involved in completing our living trust. Since we had never created a living trust before, we greatly appreciated how clearly everything was explained. Jaclyn Duque was professional, knowledgeable, and completely transparent throughout the process. She carefully walked us through each page, answered all of our questions, arranged the notarization, and made sure we felt comfortable and fully informed before moving forward. God forbid something should ever happen to my wife and me, but because we now have a living trust, our children will be able to grieve without also having to worry about whether our home will go through probate. To me, preparing a living trust is not only an act of responsibility, it is a tremendous expression of love for your family. I highly recommend Gaudy Law!

Communication was poor, and we often felt that our questions were not fully answered. In our experience, billing was very detailed and applied to even minor communications or tasks, so I would recommend being very familiar with the process and billing structure before signing a retainer. We also did not feel adequately informed as the retainer balance was being depleted, which is important to consider if cost is a concern. Overall, I would encourage others to ask detailed questions upfront about communication expectations, billing practices, and retainer updates before moving forward with this firm.

I suggested asking for recommendations on Facebook, "Chino Connects", and we received several referrals to Voorhees Law Firm. So many people spoke highly of Kari and said she was wonderful to work with. I made the call, and Susan scheduled our first appointment. From the moment we met Kari and Susan, we knew we had found the right fit. They were both knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. Throughout the process, Susan was always quick to respond to my countless questions, and both she and Kari made everything easy to understand and stress-free. If you're considering a trust or estate plan, we wholeheartedly recommend Voorhees Law Group. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Bill & Sherri

My clients submitted a very strong offer at $1,060,000, and we were told by the listing agent, Kariann, that we were among the top 3 offers. I also made it clear that this was not our highest and best offer--my clients were willing to improve it further if needed. Despite multiple follow-ups, communication from the agent completely stopped. Weeks later, the home closed escrow at $1,010,000--a full $50,000 less than what we had submitted, and to a buyer using FHA financing, which typically carries stricter lending conditions than our conventional offer. This raises serious questions about how offers were presented to the seller and whether they were all given proper consideration. As a licensed real estate professional, this kind of handling is incredibly disappointing to witness. It's not just about losing the deal--it's about transparency and ethics, especially when a law office is involved. If you're a homeowner or trust looking to sell a property, I would strongly recommend caution before hiring this office. In my experience, communication was poor, transparency was lacking, and the outcome was difficult to understand or justify. Real estate transactions deserve integrity. Unfortunately, this one did not reflect that.

My mom is very ill, so any interruption or loss of health benefits has truly life-and-death consequences. I came in already navigating an incredibly difficult situation, with a lot of questions and a lot of anxiety. Patrick was compassionate, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the inner workings of Medicaid in a way that actually made sense, and he offered proactive advice that helped us think ahead rather than just react. I never felt rushed, and it was clear he genuinely cared about helping us do what was best for my mom. I walked out with peace of mind and a much clearer understanding of how I can support her during this time. Compassion, empathy, and real expertise were all present, which meant more than I can put into words. In the middle of such a hard chapter, it was truly meaningful to cross paths with an exceptional human.

I have worked with many professionals in many different industries from all walks of life and these guys were amongst the top three. Not only were they extremely patient and insightful with my parents (whose first language was not English by the way) they were extremely knowledgeable in their craft. We were able to complete two separate trust estates as well one life estate and everything else you would need to get that peace of mind when preparing your family for the next chapter. Not only do they set you up with a trust estate - they also handle wills, power of attorney, medical directives and virtually everything you need for end of life planning. Best of all, it's all included for one flat fee. These guys are very well-versed within state and federal statutes, and they're also amazing tennis players as well! I would trust them not only with my family matters, but a handful of other items as well. I would definitely recommend anyone that's ever looking for any type of trust estate to give these guys a call. The kicker is - they're the best price in town!
