I was involved in a car accident in March of last year at Hayward, CA. A lady slammed into the rear right side of my car as I was stopped at the light coming from the off ramp. Everything was recorded on my dash cam of my Tesla, and the PD reviewed the footage on site. I was rear ended while at a stop light. The person must have been doing at least over 40mph when they came to a stop when they drove into the rear of my car. The person didnt want to give me their info , after 30min rialto pd came out and said the accident occurred in CHP's jurisdiction . Waited another 30 for CHP to do their part.
