I asked the nurses what was going on about 1.5 hours into my wait and they said she was "writing a letter" and "on the phone". she was supposed to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy and hasn't, 5 days later. I called about this and was on hold with the office for over an hour. My call was never answered. I would be completely without my medication if it wasn't for an urgent care doc. She has not responded to my message on the patient portal about the prescriptions. These are longterm prescriptions I've been on for years that she has prescribed to me before. She was also supposed to send a referral to a specialist for another medical issue that she has not done. I messaged about that in the patient portal about the referral. They told me they sent it. Over a day later, the office has still not received it.

The front office staff and phone receptionists are some of the rudest people we have ever…read moreencountered. On a routine basis, they refuse to schedule and make the nurses schedule appointments. They refuse to assist when you arrive for appointments. They immediately provide attitude rather than solutions. I'm not sure if it's worth getting to the doctors if we have to continue to deal with these receptionists.

Then she gets 5 minutes of face time and the doctor dashes out of the room. Very inconsiderate of others' time and not even worth the wait.
