When I offered to pay out of pocket so I could still be seen, the doctor appeared uninterested in helping me and gave me the impression that they wanted me to leave. Since the clinic was closing in about an hour, it felt like they were looking for a reason not to see me. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The lack of effort to find a solution and the poor customer service left me feeling dismissed and uncared for.
