It was super easy and efficient to make an appointment, and the very friendly, professional, and courteous receptionist, Shirley created my profile, verified insurance benefits, and emailed the patients consents prior to my appointment. I called on Wednesday morning and was seen the next day! Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the Fleur-De-Lis Primary Care Clinic Team. The office is decorated beautifully, with panoramic views of the Superdome and Benson Towers. Dr. Washington's Nurse Practitioner took my medical history, chief complaints, and vitals. She was personable, great bedside manner and friendly. After a few minutes Dr. Washington entered the room and actually talked to me, eye to eye. She asked very detailed questions and provided medical advice out of genuine concern for my health. Dr. Washington completed my head to toe assessment and offered feedback throughout the exam.
