Haven't been there yet. My appointment is this. Wednesday..... I need a extraction So, i was in so much pain and happy to get there to get this pulled out! When I got to my appointment, and all they wanted to do was ex rays and send me down the hall to the finance office. She proceeded to tell me it would cost $10,000 for dentures and they could extract my bad tooth at that time. Didn't know she did a HARD PULL on my credit without telling me! And told me to come back when I had the money! I just wanted to get an extraction! WTH?! I was shocked they wouldn't do what my appointment was for! Ugh! Ive been there before and yes not the best service but I had no choice... So...being up all night, in pain I was ready to be there for 7am!! I don't care what everyone else thinks. Aspen dental can kick rocks. My first visit, was questionable considering that she yanked something out of my face resulting in me having pain for several days. I was told that the motrin would help. Keep in mind that there's a hole in my gums, bleeding and swelling. Before leaving I told the tech that it felt like one of my teeth had been chipped from one of the tools. She relayed the message to the dentist. She didn't even come back to assess the situation; she had the tech tell me to just follow-up with her on my next visit. I was in pain for a week. I followed up 2 weeks later for a filling. The tech took my blood pressure with the wrong size cuff which barely fit over my elbow. I was told that my blood pressure was elevated. I AM a nurse but ok. To add insult to injury, she had the audacity to offer me a class c drug ATIVAN to "help" with my blood pressure for when I reschedule. I live an hour away. I respectfully declined reason being that Ativan would impair my cognitive judgment. It wouldn't have been safe for me to drive myself. Number 2 I wasn't about to accept ANYTHING knowing that services were not rendered and it was simply a gesture to ensure that they could bill my insurance. It would behoove aspen dental to expeditiously refund my money. If I haven't received my money including what they had me finance prior to starting my treatments I will be taking them to small claims court. I work nights and I live an hour away so to the geniuses that claimed ativan wouldn't make me drowsy. Scroll down. REFUND my money so that I can find a real dentist. read more

I Spent over $1000 a couple of months ago for pain in a tooth. 2 months later still have the same pain and same issue and I am told that the dentist I saw originally made a note that my tooth is cracked. Funny how the tooth was "cracked" after he drilled on it. By the way when I brought up questions like .. why was this not disclosed to me THE FIRST TIME? They proceeded to start showing me X-rays, which I have no clue if they were from my first visit or from today. They also accused me of not following their recommendations which none were given to me and of course their comment was "it's in our notes that we told you" which obviously they did not. Even with a mouth full of Novocain I told the original dentist I still had pain and was told "give it a few weeks and it should be better". Bottom line, I the patient was the problem according to them, I am out over $1000, still have the same issue / pain and now apparently a cracked tooth that I knew nothing about. I was asked to see another dentist because they did not appreciate my questioning a "colleague" about why none of this was disclosed disclosed to me originally especially with all the money I spent. I am only giving one star and that is too many!! The ONLY reason I called them is because I had gone to the Conway, Arkansas location while out of town on work. THEY were phenomenal!! This location is a JOKE and inhumane!! I have a tooth that needs to come out really badly and the soonest they could see me was FEBRUARY!!! I pressed them as I am in really in pain and was told that because it was a crown that the Dentist there would not touch it....I informed her that I did not want another crown because even when in Arkansas, they said my tooth could not take another crown. I just wanted it out! I was getting NO where fast! DO your self a favor and stay FAR away from this clinic!!!!! I will never ever visit another location, unless I am in Conway, Ar as they care and are professional. This dentist lacks empathy and professionalism! I made an appointment online a month ago on August 4th for today, Saturday, September the 8th at 11am. I took off of work to go to my appointment and I get to the office and the office is closed! I'm sorry?? My confirmation email said it was for today. I call the 800 number and speak to a rude representative. Apparently they forgot to mark off the Saturday on the calendar when making an appointment so nobody could make one because their office was closed. It's 2018, someone needs to get it together. What a waste of time. Aspen Dental could not be any more inconsiderate than what they already are. This was a horrible first impression. I'll find me somewhere else to go. read more

Had my wisdom teeth extracted here, three of them were pulled and one was impacted. The procedure was done by Dr. Robinson and took all of 20 minutes! I had gotten pricing from a private practice and Aspen was $300 cheaper. Overall, my recovery time was quick. I feel like they did an excellent job. read more

Went here for Muriel tooth extraction and get upper Dentures.Ir is a money making place.They wanted to pull my upper and lower teeth, use anesthia..My bottom teeth except for one is fine.I went for my multiple teeth extraction.It took the dentist 3 minutes to pull my teeth.My face was swollen for a week..She left multiple pieces if tooth in my gums.I have a large piece of tooth trying to come out my gum. The stupid people at the office say this is Normal.I pity anybody who goes there..I will have to see another Dentist for the poor quality I received there. read more

It was my first time ever going to the office. I stopped by the office to see if I could get a prescription for antibiotics because I was in pain. But instead they were able to give me an appointment the same day. I was able to get an extraction the same day. Dr Maldonado and her assistant Emma was wonderful. The front desk staff was wonderful. I will definitely go back again. Everyone in the office was very caring and very professional. Thanks again for serving me well. read more

I went into Aspen for my teeth to get Abstracted. My appointment was set on October 26. I enrolled in dental insurance that starts in January. So I contacted Aspen to let them know that I wanted to reschedule my appointment for January. I was signed up for the Genesis credit card. The account manager told me that she would have to give a credit back for the 2000 charge and I would not be able to use the card anymore after that. Which didnt make sense. I contacted genesis whom advised that wasn't true and they weren't sure why Aspen would say that. The appointment was cancelled I received my new statement from Genesis and it shows the 2000 charge for services that was not done. Also it reflected on my credit. I contacted Aspen to see why was I charged I called 4 times back to back no answer phone just rings and rings until it ends. I'm very upset with the experience I had with Aspen. I recommended them to so many. I regret going to them. Come January I think I'm switching dentist. read more
