I have been rescheduled 4 times for a simple cleaning. The first 3 times it was because the doctor wasn't going to be there and I needed an exam. The last time was because of a last minute "emergency meeting" for the dentist. I asked if they could guarantee I'll get seen if I rescheduled for my 5th time and they said they couldn't. As a healthcare professional myself I believe this is UNPROFESSIONAL, and that's the nice way of putting it. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the dental hygienist Jessica is amazing, personable and kind. I will miss her. So if your insurance for some reason only covers Aspen, I feel sorry for you, but at least schedule with her and count on getting rescheduled multiple times... I am taking my business elsewhere. read more

The office people have zero customer service skills. They want to blame everything on the call center that makes appointments. Take some accountability as a company when changing someone's appointment last minute. I would not recommend using this location. read more

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. They handled me with care. I was little scared at first because I don't like going to the dentist but Dr. Evans did an amazing job and put my mind at ease. So far so good! read more

Set an appointment at 3, am external issue caused me to arrive at 3:05. The receptionist said she would have to go make sure there was still time for me. 8 minutes later she said I needed to reschedule. I left with out rescheduling, their wall says they treat their customers as if they are their mother, that's a joke apparently. read more

I have a crippling fear of the dentist, but Aspen Dental has been the most enjoyable dentist experience I've ever had. I went in in a panic because I was in a lot of pain and do not have dental insurance. As a new patient who had never been seen by them before, my first exam was free! They were all friendly & professional and did everything they could to put me at ease. They were very clear about what was happening and about what I needed to have done. Their prices are affordable, even without insurance compared to most other places. Highly recommended. read more

Scheduled to get a filling redone, walked in and everything seemed fine, got my X-rays done and was seen by a dental hygienist. After the hygienist did her work I spoke with the dentist for maybe only 2 minutes. I told him that I just wanted the filling done as crowns are really expensive and I'm not financially ready to make that commitment yet. I sat and waited some more until the receptionist came and got me and discussed payment plans for the crowns. All I wanted was the filling today and not the crown. She then told me that I could come back next week to get the filling. WHAT!?? I was here for almost 2 hours and all you could tell me was to come back for the work that I scheduled the appointment in the first place for! I understand that you have to do your X-rays and get me into the system but you could've saved my time and yours by telling me in the first place the the work I came in for and had the money to get done would have to be done another day. Absolutely not coming back, why would I? To wait some more? To waste more of my time? No thanks read more

I have had the pleasure of using Aspen Dental for several years. I can Trust Their Experience & Compassion. When I am there in the Ardmore, Oklahoma office they make me feel at Ease. They are Extremely Kind & they have so much Love for their patient's. It's no just a Dentist Visit, Its way more than that. I get to know that their experience Is working on my be half. I leave with a Sense of Satisfaction & they are very careful while working to make each & every visit an enjoyable time for me. These Folks are AWESOME. I travel from Mississippi each time to see them, Its worth the drive just to know that I am more than a patient to them. They are In my Opinion the Best. Great Job to all there.
