Horrible horrible. My 86 year old sister went to them with a toothache. They did nothing for the toothache but did some procedure that was not necessary and not explained to her. She walked out the door with $2000 yes TWO THOUSAND dollars charged to her credit card and absolutely no relief for her toothache. Plus another $4000 dollar estimate for future work. They should be ashamed of their business and for taking advantage of an elderly patient. DI NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Giving one star as that is the lowest available. read more

I as well would have give it a 0 or negative, they overbilled for services not rendered and also wont properly code all procedures so insurance will cover the dentures. Staff is combative and are not returning calls to try and resolve billing issues read more

They're a scam. Will try to dry you out of all your money, consultations and sneaky bills for unnecessary things are added without talking to you first about it. They don't care about your oral health, just whoever can pay more to keep their shady business up. Whoever comes here, ask questions, be extensive and be direct with what you NEED to be done not what they recommend(they just want you to pay an arm and leg) because it's on THEIR best interest, not yours. Ask them to explain every single thing of what their plan is and steps consist of, and speak up when you don't agree neither approve with something they sneakily add without your consent or informing you first. read more

They bill on services they don't perform. When they're file notes don't match up with what the hygienist says and does, this has convinced me there's too much dishonesty. The dentist seemed nice, but when I asked to explain my concerns to her, this business gave me the cold shoulder. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could! This place is a joke, we prepaid for services and have been waiting over 6 months for them to fix what they messed up! They don't return calls or messages and they have new employees every time we call! They scheduled our appointment at 8am and sent a confirmation text for 8 but when we arrived they said our appointment was at 7:30 and coulent see her?! I complained to the office manager and she just said "oh..yeah that happens sometimes" not giving a shit we had to wait another 4 mnths to get in when she had a rotten tooth in her mouth! We ended up in the er because her infected tooth made her sick ! When we finally got in thwy did a crap job filling half the tooth they removed and the filling fell out a day later! And here we are 5 months later still waiting for them to fix her tooth that insurlance and I paid over 300 to fix! We call and they say they can't schedule because their internet is down and will call us back? no call so i call back and they have no record of me calling! My lawyer is building a case against them as we speak! my 16 year old is miserable ! read more

I would give it to zero stars if it was an option.I wanted to like this place, it was clean, new, and felt state of the art in comparison to the other places at the time in the area. Not only do they add stuff and try to sneak it by you at your consult.. Like several hundreds of dollars for a toothbrush that from the very beginning, I said I did not want added to my estimate because I already had three family members tell me that it was added without their knowledge to their estimate and when asked to take off didn't and said they forgot. But for several years now it is always an issue to get an appointment that works around our schedule, even months in advance. One of the dentist refuses to do root canals and her reason is she doesn't want to be responsible if it doesn't take. Her words exactly to me. The experience is that they are more concerned with getting the most money out of you and getting the most patients in their system but follow up care is never a priority. I do not recommend them on any level other than it is clean. The staff is not knowledgeable Nor are they courteous. I went in as an emergency for a broken tooth and wanted it pulled and because I had not been seen in 11 months they would not do it without a full follow up. Which I was fine with but after it was completed, I went to schedule to have it removed and They didn't have anything for a month!! In excruciating pain I was told the only other option was to be referred to a different dentist. They told me that they would have somebody call me to schedule and that never happened. When I called Aspen to get the number to the dentist they recommended, that took two weeks. When I finally got the number to the other dentist that they were recommending that dentist never to this day has returned the phone call . I ended up going to a different oral surgeon. I have given this place numerous chances over the span of three years. Today I am done trying and will be taking my family elsewhere. I don't normally leave reviews but my experiences are that bad and I hope with going to the dentist being such an anxiety for some people anyway, that this review helps to save a little bit of anxiety, even if for just one person.
