I was able to get in right away after speaking with the amazingly friendly and helpful Office Manager, Roseann. She's full of life and will put a smile on your face the second you meet her! I had an appointment first thing in the morning, and let me tell you, I never once felt rushed or pushed out the door. In fact, I spent so much time there I felt like I was hanging out with friends. Brooke the hygienist was super friendly and so knowledgeable. Unlike the previous dentist offices I've been too, this time I felt they had my utmost best interest in mind and explained everything to me. All the concerns I went in there with quickly subsided. Within two visits I had a cleaning, checkup and night guard all done. I even ended up buying a new fancy electric toothbrush there because it was $50 cheaper than any store, and it even had an additional $30 rebate. Dr. Wertheimer was friendly, intelligent and really took the time to explain to me the issues that were found and the best course of action to get them solved. I never felt pressured into anything and was happy to have been given multiple options. This is somewhere I look forward to going back to!

She demands to pay the bulk amount without providing the proper details but threatens to cancel the surgery appointment. Though my insurance company clearly mentioned that deductible has met and only 20% coinsurance has to be paid, she is such ruthless and collected full amount. She is least concerned towards the patients and again it's a challenge to get my money back.
