He talked over me while working on me about who knows what to the assistant, but it wasn't about me or my procedure. On my last appointment, as he walked through my little area to another patient next to my little area, he ignored me totally and as he went by I said "hi" and was again ignored. He was so rude and I felt he was very condescending towards me. The staff again were very nice. They said they would call me for the next appointment. I waited and waited and never was called. I finally called them and the woman I spoke to was very short and rude and all she would say is "you need to call your regular dentist" (who referred me) over and over and over. What a terrible way to treat a patient whom he said was "a model patient" because I just try to do what they ask and not move. Such a bad experience.

He did and proceeded to give me options to get rid of the tooth ache. We decided to do a crown. He had an opening and he did it right then and there. He and his team even stayed after 5:30 to get it done! They did an A++ job. The man stayed LATE, did not rush and made sure the temp was perfectly seated. He has been on 2 different antibiotics, 2 rounds of steroids, a trip to Urgent care for more antibiotics... 2 ENT's and a cat scan. He now needs surgery to get tooth or bone floating around in his sinus cavity. I highly recommend not going to this place.

The waiting Room itself looks like an outdated cheap daycare. The TV in the waiting Room is extremely loud with cartoons playing on it. The patient rooms are somewhat unkempt and outdated as well. The staff for the most part are friendly. The doctor was less than friendly and not sympathetic and a very bad bedside manner. They only have partial walls in the patient areas therefore you can hear every noise in the patient areas. They have tv's on in each patient area along with loud music blasting over intercom and also you can hear the TV playing cartoons in the front waiting room. The office has a very chaotic feel to it. He fixed the tooth in the front but not very well I'll have to go to another dentist to get it correctly done. I would not recommend nor will I go back
