A year later and it is still there. As some other reviews have said, they'll do anything for money and I fully believe that is true as I was negligently given random medications and he did not pay full attention to what was going on. Listen to the negative reviews! Do not waste your time and money! Go somewhere else and get correct, full treatment.

She worked hard to sell me on using more sunscreen and I did buy some they had at the office, mostly because I felt pressured. Setting up appointments was easy, but only the one nurse us qualified to work the laser so it was tough to find good times for my schedule. The office is very nice it has a private parking lot too. The location is a bit out of the way, but Stillwater is so small everything is close by.

My problem is with the billing dept. My wife has needed an allergy shot every month for the last year. Before starting we were told that they could administer the shots there or we could probably do it ourselves if we felt confident doing so, and if they did it it would only be a minimal amount. That turned out not to be the case, as the doctor pointed out fine print in the RX that it needed to be done in a medical setting. That was fine until the first bill. We were charged $52 for 5 minutes of a nurses time. That is more than the co-pay to see the doctor for a visit. After some talking an arrangement was made to charge ONLY $30. But every time I have to argue with billing to remind them of that arrangement. This time my wife went alone and was charged $80, 30 for the nurse and 50 for a co-pay. And she never saw the doctor. Sadly, that is the last straw and we are through with this office. Is money needed so badly that the billing department has to rake patients over the coals to squeeze every possible dollar from them?

I told Dr Cummings, I absolutely didn't want to use a steroid but that's what she gave me anyway. When I first used the steroid, I already felt something off about it. It gave me a different burning sensation that was already different than I was feeling but somehow worse. So I stopped. It eventually went away on it's own. I also went there to get a check up on my KP (chicken skin). I showed her what the pores looked like. They are more brown than the rest of my skin. She didn't seem interested in helping me of that because she said it was hyperpigmentation and I do agree at some point but if she can't help me because it's a cosmetic issue, she needs to say that and not just the excuse of "It's because you're brown." If she can't help me with something simple as a cosmetic issue then I can't tell her about my other skin disorder. Horrible time. Wouldn't go back there even if someone paid my expenses.

The elastic strap was stretched out. She said that wouldn't matter. By the time I got home after, my eyes were burning. I went to the ophthomologist and he said that she had burned my eyes. He said that if it didn't heal perfectly that I would have defective vision or possibly even blind. I had a burning pain in my eyes for months. Couldn't stand sunlight for over a year. Luckly my eyes finally healed, but my face was full of pits where she had lasered the little bumps. I looked better before she started. I still have some problem telling some greens from blues. I told her about what happened and she didn't even offer to pay the ophthomologist bill or refund the $400. + that she had charged that my insurance wouldn't pay.
