I went online yesterday and made the appointment for 8 AM this morning. Then someone called back and asked me some questions and told me to be there a half an hour early so I can fill out the paperwork. I got there at 7:30 my appointment was at eight and they did not open until eight. Finally got in had to fill out all the paperwork by then it was almost 830. Finally got taken back. I went in for a cleaning and I have never been there before. They took like 50 x-rays. After all the x-rays were done, they took me into a room and a lady came in who told me that she was gonna clean my teeth after she got done looking in my mouth and telling the other person a bunch of numbers. She said that I needed to have the special prescription toothpaste that cost $21 and she would put it in my chart and that I needed to have a cancer screening and she would put that in my chart as well. Then dentist came in had a very quick look in my mouth said I look good except Have three caps in my mouth that I need to do Crowns on because they will break and she put that in my chart. Mind you I've had these caps for 20+ years and I haven't had any issues with them. Then the cleaning lady came back told me that I was gonna go see this other lady and they would tell me exactly what was going on. The other lady came and took me to her office. I am guessing that she was the finance side. She proceeded to tell me everything that they were going to do to me. I was getting a tube of toothpaste, hey cancer screening and three caps. My insurance would cover this much and I had to pay the rest. I told her I didn't need anything except the cleaning and she took me down the hall to sit in a waiting room for my cleaning. Then I got called in for the cleaning. The lady was nice enough. Although I'm sure the cleaning only took five minutes max. And when she was done she put the stuff on my teeth Saying that it was fluoride that would stay on there and be fine I wouldn't have to wait to eat or drink all all. Thing is my teeth felt dirty or whenever I left and I did before I went in. It was all just the weirdest thing because I have always had my teeth cleaned every six months and they have always cleaned my teeth before the Dentist looked at them. And the dentist usually talks to the patient and let them know exactly what's going on and tells them if they have some issues and what you can do about it and what your options are and whether or not it's covered by insurance. This was more of a Wham! Bam! Thank you ma'am scenario. This all just felt so fake and monetary to me. Not like they really cared about the patient at all. I will likely go back for the second cleaning in six months But forgo the fluoride stuff at the end. The next year I'll probably go somewhere else. read more

I called and expressed that I was needed emergency care for chipped temporary crowns because I couldn't get in to see my normal dentist before my permanent bridge was availble. I was told that I was scheduled for a limited visit that did not include x-ray or exam. After driving forty miles and canceling another appointment upon arriving I was told by the receptionist that I would only receive x-ray and a exam and no treatment for my issue. I had just had these procedures at my primary dentist within two weeks. Why couldnt someone call me to let me know what I was told was incorrect before I went through all this. Every time we come here we wait an hour past our appointment time until we're finally called in, and during that time I watch customer after customer get told by the receptionist that they have a surprise outstanding balance that they can't afford on their way out. We even agreed to a price that we pay every month on autopay and somehow every few follow ups we owe hundreds of dollars. Nice chairs though. read more

3 of my family members went to Aspen in Enterprise Alabama. My 82 year old mother went and she walked out of the office because the dentist was so rude. I had went previously and they put on a cap I went back three times and it still isn't right! I have other caps done other places and they are great. Staff complained about each other and the dentist. They drilled my teeth till they hurt all the time. They didn't hurt ahead of this! My daughter got her teeth worked on and they didn't hurt ahead the same thing. When she retired to have the remainder of the first visit done they wanted more money! And that was part of the first visit. They need turned over to someone look into their practices. We moved here so we thought this was the place to go! It is not. I am going to have to go somewhere else and that's probably a blessing really you shouldn't have one star! and you should be brought before the dental board! read more

Appointment for cleaning. They did ex-rays first. Lots of them. I am expecting a hygenist. The dentist did the exam and left. I asked the assistant what about my cleaning. She said your next appointment. I was ushered up to the front to billing. She informed me about what I needed to have done. So much more than expected. Then felt pressured about an appt a month later. I asked about my cleaning appointment. She quickly answered that we could schedule the same day before the work we do. And of course, we have a payment plan. Bait and switch. read more

As a potential new patient, I scheduled a consult before a routine maintenance cleaning could be performed. I'm new to the area and have always had my dental health closely maintained as I have a mouth full of crowns and 4 implants. At the exam, I was told I had to have a fll mouth perio cleaning, before setting up my maintenance cleanings. When I spoke with the "financial manager" the initial price was over $3200 which was padded with an electric toothbrush (I already own one and use it 2x daily!), a crown, and a water pick.No way my mouth has gotten that bad in just under a year with the care I give my teeth. I'm going elsewhere. On the other hand, I guess someone has to pay for all those local francise fees and tv advertising. read more

Walked in the office in Enterprise to see if children were accepted. They gave me a phone number to call after they told me they accept children 6 & up. I scheduled an appointment for one wee later, got my Grandson out of school to take him to his appointment only to be told that I needed to reschedule They rescheduled for a week later. We get there again, they gave me paperwork and ask about insurance. I told them that my grandson has Medicaid. I filled out the application, took it back to the receptionis only for her to tell me; "We don't take Medicaid and your grandson is in our system as 20 years old, he is 6!" This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or call me back after numerous voicemails. I had a temporary crown come out they had just put in and I just decided that if they cared so little as to just not return phone calls or worse that they just don't answer their phones then I didn't want them doing anything for me at all. I finally weeks later spoke to an actual person and explained this and got no apology or anything that expressed they even cared how unhappy I was with their service. So run away from here fast... don't stop keep going. I should have done my homework first! Yesterday someone called to say they had my crown and could put it on and I explained what had happened and again, nothing, no I'm sorry this happened just indifference. The worst customer service in a business I have ever seen I had a full set of dentures which insurance paid a portion for I paid the rest I sit down with the lady go over color size and all that good stuff and when I get them looks like horse teeth one of the front ones was longer then the other which I made them fix it but as far as the horse teeth there's nothing they can do about not to mention on my bottom plate it stops half way my jaw so it's like I'm missing 2 teeth on each side so I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy so now I have to pay out of pocket for a new set from another dentist office read more

If you're looking for a straightforward dental experience without any personal care, this is the place for you. No one was rude or anything, but this place functions like a checklist. My appointment was at 8:00 am, and I didn't get called back until 40 minutes later (yes, I tracked it). The lady doing my X-rays had zero personality and did it so quickly I couldn't understand her directions or what she was asking me the entire time. Then I was taken to a room and the dentist came in. While he was looking at my charts and x-rays, another lady came in and started talking badly about another patient in another room. I thought this was really unprofessional. Then I had to schedule to come back 2 days later for the actual cleaning, which is weird but that's how they work I guess, and the cleaning literally lasted all of 7 minutes. I'm not even sure this lady had the opportunity to actually clean my teeth in that time frame. I'm all about efficiency, but to feel like she just scrapped around a little and flossed me quickly was not a good feeling. No one talked to me about the health of my teeth or if they saw any concerns, issues, etc. They just did their job and nothing more. That's just not what I want in my dental care, so I will not be returning. read more

I would leave less than 1 star but the system won't allow me to.Worst place I ever went to in Enterprise Alabama.Wasted my time & lots of my money .I went there because they can do payment plans & I have good credit.They saw me coming when they put my information in the computer.Yes you will find that & will later find that you are a money pit for them.Bad work & work that is not needed.I messed up like others & didn't do my research on the company that is nationwide & now well known for scamming people.Check out their reviews.I had a tooth they worked on crumble so I went back to just have it pulled being there wasn't much left of it.Made me prepay & then they refused to pull it & then didn't want to give me back my money.I showed my *** in their waiting room & they assured me my money would be redeposited in my account & only a portion was a few days later. I now have gone to another reputable dentist recommended by friends & I have had to have that tooth pulled by that other dentist due to the bad filling done by Aspen & my tooth decayed from the inside & crumbled apart.I then also found out by the same other dentist 2 more teeth Aspen did fillings on also are decaying on the inside & are going to have to be pulled because I can't afford the root canals & crowns that would be needed to save them.I guess seeing I have good credit they Aspen thought I would go back there.If you want to keep your teeth & your money seek dentistry elsewhere. read more
