STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! My wife and I had three root canals and crowns done here a few years ago. One of my teeth had to be removed a year later when it got infected because the dentist broke the tooth when he removed the temporary crown and placed the final on. The other tooth they did the root canal on had to be redone because the rust cabal wasn't deep enough and some of the root remained and became infected. My wife's had the same issue. Over $9000 spent only to have it all redone later. This place doesn't deserve to touch a single person's mouth! Go there at your own risk. read more

I have talked with several folks who have been pleased with this office and that's why I decided to try them. The staff is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and down to earth. I felt like I wasn't just. Number but an actual person. I feel the doctors didn't recommend all kinds of treatment I didn't need. The lady I talked to at the end of the appointment went over everything that needed done in detail and made sure I understood everything and wasn't leaving with questions unanswered. She also went over pricing with me and my payment options. I can't speak for the other review but I would recommend the office with full confidence. read more

Dr. Loveless was AWESOME! He was also a great teacher to the new dentist with him! I had never had a tooth extracted before, am terrified of dentists due to several bad experiences, and overall was a man baby at the thought of what was about to happen! LOL! Numbed me up good and made sure I didn't feel or hear anything! Him and his team did great work! Things went 110 times better than I expected and they exceeded my expectations! The people were friendly however a bit pushy not to mention they advertise their prices to be between $399 and $1499 and I was quoted just under $10000. Talk about your bait and switch. Now I'm waiting to see if I get a bill for the "free" initial visit read more

I selected Aspen Dental after an internet search of dentist. I had a filling fall out and have been visiting my out of state dentist. My visit with the dental hygienist was split up into two visits. Approximately 2 1/2 weeks apart. Adding another charge for the dental hygienist portion of the bill? The initial exam was free (x-rays), the crown and cleaning are averagely. Additional services added another $250 dollars to the dental hygienist portion of the bill. My services by the dentist meets my expectations. I had to take my bill and additional print outs home to do further research. I am unsure if I will follow up my dental care at Aspen Dental Grand Island location. read more

This place is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. While the staff was excellent and very nice and treated us kindly. I feel they lied and caused my wife more unnecessary pain. My wife called a few days earlier asking for a price of a tooth extraction. They said they cannot give a estimate, but they will ensure her the best quality of care. So, reluctantly, we set up an appt for 3pm today as a new patient. We get there, she gets called in. They say they want to take X-rays, and do an exam. Which is free of charge as a new patient. We go in, wifey gets her X-rays. They take us in back and tell us the exam person will be there shortly and she will need a cleaning. (Remember, we are here for a tooth extraction) The exam person enters, asks my wife how she is doing. Wifey says she is in pain, we are there for an extraction. They start the exam. Poking and prodding etc. Shortly into the exam, she tells my wifey. "I know exactly the cleaning she is going to need. And in order to continue I need your permission to numb up your entire mouth". My wife then asks her, will we be able to get the tooth extracted today, this is a lot of work. The exam person says the Dr's schedule is too full to do an extraction. After the free exam and cleaning, we would need to meet with their financial aid person and go over options and then schedule an appt for the extraction. LIKE WTH! Why did we wait several days for an appt for an extraction, and then be told "We do not have the time". Not, well your gums are infected, or the moon is not in its proper alignment, the smurfs are out of town. No, they do not have the time. This is a money scam! to set multiple appts for multiple visits and fees and who knows what else. How is this "The best quality of care"??? We literally got up and walked out of there, wifey, still in pain, and went somewhere else. A few dental places later, we ended up at a wonderful Dr' office across town. We walked in, explained what happened at Aspen. They were able to get us in right away, took an X-ray of the affected tooth. Consulted us, agreed that the tooth was not worth/able to be saved, showed us why on the Xray he came to that decision. We concurred, and in less than 30 minutes from when we arrived, the tooth was out. Thanks the gods there are still people in this town that care about PATIENT first, and their wallet second.
