I had a really great experience with this office and felt so cared for throughout my treatment…read more I recently had oral surgery and ended up having an issue with one of my sutures. I was able to contact the office and was seen the same day, which meant a lot to me. Dr. Rasdale and his team were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle. They took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The assistants and front desk staff were just as amazing--very welcoming, attentive, and responsive. I especially appreciate how easy it is to communicate with them by text and how quickly they respond. You can tell they truly care about their patients, and that kind of service is hard to find. I'm very grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend this office.

They lied to me multiple time with regard to deep cleaning and xrays…read more I told them I do not do deep cleanings, only regular cleanings. They said no problem so I made an appointment. I also put no deep cleaning in the paperwork I completed. They took many unncessary xrays (only so could bill my insurance). When dentist came in I immediately brought up the no deep cleaning. He only said he would look at my teeth. When he was done, he looked at me and said I will need to do a deep cleaning. I could not believe what I heard. I told him no, only regular. He said no. I said I leaving. I left and at front desk told them I better not be billed anything. Of course I look this morning and they billed my insurance with a balance owed. I will not pay and I will not go to dentist who are liars. It appears they need money hence why all the extra xrays and lies.

From the initial…read morecontact with the front office staff, through the scheduling, preparation, and the actual procedure and follow-up, every aspect of the visit was efficient and relaxed. It is the reason that I am willing to make the five-hour round-trip drive to Greenville for dental care. One of the most frustrating aspects of getting old is dealing with compromised, failing teeth, and at 70 years, I've had my share. Whether due to injury, disease, or shoddy past care, if you are missing teeth or if it hurts to chew, it affects one of the great joys of life - eating! I've been a client of Dr. Bean for the past 3 or 4 years, and I can attest to the exceptionally high level of care that I receive from him and his well-tuned machine. Dr. Bean has assembled a very capable team. From the front-office staff, to the dental assistants and hygienists and associate dentists, the emphasis is on making the client comfortable, and making the visit as easy and efficient as possible. As soon as I plop down into the dreaded Chair, the emphasis is on making sure that I'm comfortable...I especially like the big, soft blankie that was offered. (Hey - I'm OLD, cut me some slack!) One thing that I really appreciate about the Good Doctor is his attention to my pain level. If I feel pain at any point during the procedure, I am to raise my left hand and let him know, and he just makes it better. (I have a pretty high pain tolerance, but when relief is just a hand-wave away, why suffer?) Dr. Bean is very good at explaining what he's about to do, and will explain it at the level of detail that you desire. The use of technology helps ensure that he and his team have a very good idea of the work that needs to be done, and allows them to plan and execute efficiently. It also helps the patient to visualize the process. Another aspect of the visit that I really appreciate is the level of education that is occurring during the procedure. Doc is continually communicating with his assistant(s), asking questions, explaining why he is doing something, asking gently probing questions, mentoring. Speaking with these folks afterward, they seem to genuinely appreciate the interaction, commenting on how it much they learn from him. One thing that really frustrates me about some dental encounters is when the doctor is feeling chatty, and asks "So, do you have any plans for this weekend?" - and then shoves both hands into my mouth up to the elbows...my reply comes out something like "Mmphv jmvumphh..." With Dr. Bean, if he asks a question, he lets you answer, asks follow-up if necessary, and then moves on. Follow-up contact after the procedure is great. Any meds were called in by the staff up front to ensure that you have time to pick them up at the pharmacy and have them on hand before the procedure. I always get at least one contact later in the day to make sure that my pain level is okay and that there are no issues or questions that need to be addressed. If the medications need to be adjusted, they take care of that. Dr. Bean and his team are a class act. They are pleasant, efficient, and their emphasis on patient care is excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough.

You know how life just throws curveballs sometimes? Well, after our big, long distance move,…read moresettling in was quite an adventure. My daughter's health needed our full attention first, and that was a whole saga on its own! Just as we were starting to breathe, my husband got laid off, and then, wouldn't you know it, I did too a few months later. So, dental care, understandably, kept getting bumped further and further down the priority list. It was a pretty wild ride for a while there! Once things finally settled down and we were both back on our feet, finding a new dentist became a top priority again. And oh my goodness, are we glad we stumbled upon Wesley Dental! Seriously, it's been such a breath of fresh air. We've had several appointments now, and I honestly can't say enough good things about them. They really shine when you need them most. I actually had a filling pop out recently, which led to a fractured tooth (ouch!), but they swooped in and had me capped up and fixed in what felt like no time at all. Beyond the emergencies, one of the biggest wins for me is that they make sure you see the same hygienist and dentist every single time. It's such a comforting feeling, especially if you're someone who gets a little antsy about dental visits. It truly makes you feel like you're part of their family, not just another patient. And get this, after our initial cleanings, they even sent us home with these adorable coffee mugs and other little goodies - such a sweet, unexpected touch! It just goes to show how much they care about the whole experience. Oh, and here's a little secret: they have a fantastic referral program. So, if you're on the hunt for an amazing new dental home, definitely check them out. You might even score some free dental care for yourself if you spread the word! Highly recommend them!

My teeth started shifting during my mid-thirties which caused overlap in the upper front teeth.  Crowding, overlapping not only made it hard to clean and floss but also made me self-conscious about my smile. Invisalign successfully straighten my teeth, corrected overbite and improved my facial profile. I am loving my pearly whites aligned teeth and bright smile. I suggest Invisalign for teeth straightening to anyone who is looking for an easy, affordable alternative to traditional braces.  Dr. B Wehner has the absolute gentle bedside manners. He always makes an effort to get to know his patients on a more personal level to make them feel as comfortable as possible. He is very kind, compassionate and caring.
