DO NOT GO HERE!! I went to finish my mission papers and they tacked on a bunch of unnecessary work. They told me I had 11 cavities, I didn't have any, and would need work for gingivitis, which I don't have. They wanted me to pay like 4 grand, 1,400 with my insurance covering some. I told my mom and she had me cancel my future appointments and get reimbursed. I asked for my x rays to be sent to my original dentist and after filling out the release form they never sent it. The front desk called them and they said they had no record of me ever going there. When I called them they said that they had already sent the x-rays, which they had not. After giving them five minutes, still no x rays, the front office called again. They didn't send them to the dentist, but to me after this phone call. Absolutely horrible, they were extremely rude after I said I wasn't going back. Worst experience ever. They tried to scam me and then refused to send my x-rays to an actually decent place. read more

These people do not give a single care whatsoever. They are extremely rude, and just downright awful. The receptionists were fine, but the rest was awful. I wasn't worked on, but they treated my friend with little care. I can't for the life of me recommend this place to anyone. read more

I went to Aspen dental on a recommendation to go. Once I got there, I was met with the most amazing office manager and amazing office staff but the dentist not that great. I chose to have a tooth pulled there through an affiliate dentist and then I recommended my daughter! when I went to have my wisdom tooth pulled, they left a root in my mouth, which is now causing me massive issues so I went back to cancel a follow up appointment for my gums because I didn't feel comfortable there only to be found that my daughter had a bill that never showed any cash payments. That bill has been ever increasing . I canceled the appointment I had for a cleaning that should've refunded me $300. I never got that refund and I put in for end of December. I was told I would get it middle of February , I'm disappointed I went back to my current dentist and paid more because I knew he would take care of me. I'm frustrated. I've tried to call. I was met with the runaround. I don't think I'll ever go back. I am still waiting for my refund. My bill for my daughter went from 90 I paid 30 and it is now 150.. i've never worked with the dentist that made me feel so uncomfortable on top of feeling so unheard. I don't ever leave reviews, but to work with the company that made my dental fears so real made me want to make this review. I will not be back. read more

this was one of the worse experiences, I have ever had, I called to just get a cleaning and fillings done, I live about 1 hour from aspen in idaho falls and they knew this, I have been there 5 times and they still couldn't do anything right, one time they even scheduled me when a doctor wasn't even there, so that was a waste of time and I got off work early to do this and also when I got there, they were looking at my bottom teeth, which I did not have done, what the hell, don't they have my records there. Don't come here. I spent a lot of money on the dentures that have a 10 year warranty. They will not fix them without a $100 exam. What a scam. How does the warranty work if you won't honor it. They don't care about their patients. It's only about the money. read more

Completely terrible. Its really difficult to get through the robots to talk to a real person. I called multiple times in advance to verify they took my parent's insurance because they were listed on the insurance list. After leaving a message, and calling back two or three times anyway after not getting a return call I got verification from the billing lady that the insurance would be okay. My elderly parents were transported from the nursing home, and my mother had a broken infected tooth. They took a look at it in the office during the appointment and were told that it was infected and would take a lot of money to fix, oh, and they didn't accept my parent's insurance so they'd have to find another dentist. My mother was left without a dentist and without relief after waiting nearly a week for this appointment. They didn't even give her an antibiotic. She was completely heartbroken that she couldn't get it fixed and is having difficulty eating and pain. She is now waiting another week for a different dentist. This is completely unacceptable. I put the extra effort in contacting the billing office to prevent this very thing. If we can't trust our insurance companies, and the billing departments to know whether the insurance is accepted who should know? If we can't trust the dentist to treat our parents with dignity and compassion when faced with a dental emergency then we should definitely take our business elsewhere. read more

I said how do you know how much to charge before I get treatment, I will pay you on the way out. She said let me check with my manager to see if we can do that. Was a terrible experience there. Dr. Gutierrez was very friendly, when you walk in the room you can tell he knew what he was doing he gave us options about the best options for our teeth. You all are a bunch of scammers. You false advertise for dentures. You told my mother you would work with her then you pull all her teeth saying now give us 3500 for your dentures when from the beginning you said you offered help with payments. If I could give you a -10 stars I definitely would. You pull my mother's teeth and tell her afterwards sorry your credit isn't good enough for a payment plan when she went in there on the understanding she could do a payment plan. My mother had insecurities about getting her teeth pulled and you furthered her insecurities by pulling all her teeth before explaining she couldn't do what you had discussed for months before her teeth being pulled. The only thing I would recommend on your half is lawyers for all the people you have done this to. Do not read there denture flyers they are scammers. Go to a different dentist! I will definitely be getting a lawyer on my mother's behalf! I hope you go out of business! You have hurt my mother more then you know. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL.
