Oh and the tooth sensitivity treatment is great. I have had it once and it is still working after 2 years. They have lots of high tech stuff where they can show you exactly where the tooth is damaged immediately, no waiting for X-rays to be developed.

A few times while sitting in the waiting room, several patients have shared their stories of past experiences with other oral surgeons and discussed the vast improvements in their oral health once they found Dr. Quaroni. Whereas U.S. medical doctors seem to view patients as mere business customers more often, and don't bother to check up on them or treat them as equals, Dr. Quaroni is an exception to this decline of patient care and is, instead, exemplary in his care and treatment of his patients. I made a new patient appointment the first week of May for the third week of June. I confirmed my…read more2pm appointment every time they sent a text message reminder and request for confirmation. I get a phone call from Cathy one day prior to my appointment asking if I could move my appointment time up one hour and to call them back if there was any way I could do that. I made my appointment almost 7 weeks in advance for 2pm, and could not move it so I did not call back and arrived early for my 2pm appointment to complete new patient forms. At first they said "your appointment was for 1pm" and acted like I showed up late. I said my appointment was for 2pm and showed the staff my text message confirmations that clearly showed 2pm. They informed me they would not be able to do my cleaning and could only do x-rays. I told them I only wanted to do the cleaning and they said I could not get a cleaning without x-rays and they could not do everything. I left and will not return. I think it is a TERRIBLE business practice to refuse to honor the appointment I made 7 weeks in advance. The staff was apathetic and treated me like I had done something wrong. Of course, I was upset about my experience, but I was not rude and I did not raise my voice. I am glad I learned about this practice before I was a patient. Fortunately, I was able to make an appointment with Aspen Dental 2 days from now. I strongly advise you to avoid Bright Smiles. I do not want the moderator to respond with a suggestion to call the office manager. My feedback has been delivered and I will not return. My suggestion would be to work with your staff and to figure out a way to honor the commitments made, even if it is inconvenient to the staff. There was no attempt to fix the problem. Even though I held up my end of the experience, I was treated poorly because I was dissatisfied with the indifferent communication and broken commitment.

Since the pandemic ended, doctor's offices have learned to economize so booking your appointment is pretty much written in stone. Any changes and the customer will suffer delays. That's why I changed my dentist to Fredericksburg Dentistry. They are very accommodating and still old school when it comes to dentistry, cleaning teeth or periodontal maintenance. The place is very clean, all their front office people are friendly and of course, the hygienist and dentists in the back office are busy treating their patients. I have had the same hygienist for all my previous visits, and we are becoming more acquainted with each other. She has the softest touch! It's quite a drive for me to get there from my hill country home but it's worth it. What normally would have been a 25-minute trip became 45 minutes because of road construction and maintenance. No matter, just being able to drive to Fredericksburg is a joy by itself!

Please save yourself time and money. Dr. Smith comes off arrogant, rude and unprofessional. He definitely did NOT take the time to discuss the option of having the others removed, the details of the procedure, and what levels of sedation are available. The way it was discussed was not thorough. After the visit I did look elsewhere, but because of timing I came back. Make sure you do not come back. Look elsewhere. The staff does not know how to schedule your appointment. Be careful. Theresa tries to get you in but the timing is off, the entire office is off and the experience will leave you in aww in the most WORST way! They do not check in with you to see how you are--- so don't expect a call back. Possibly the most rudest form of respect in the lowest way possible. If you plan on doing ANY sedation look elsewhere. Do not do it or you will regret it. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The procedure went well, I did not experience any pain or discomfort during and Mark and his team were professional and courteous. If you need dental work done, head here, you will be in good hands. Edit: It is now one week since the surgery. Marc used a local time released anesthetic on the extraction site and told me around day 3 there would be some pain. Day 1-3 there was almost no pain, on day 4 and 5 my jaw was a little tight but still very little pain, the surgery is now healed as far as I can tell and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you want an pain free extraction experience Marc is the guy to see!
