I knew immediately this was where I wanted to go because she was so amazing. When I arrived she gave me a warm pack to put on my shoulders to help ease my tension. The doctor wasn't in that day so the assistant was able to put temporary glue on my crown and get me on my way. When I arrived a few days later to get the new crown Dr Hoerster was there and he absolutely blew me away. Words to describe him: Full of Integrity, compassionate, knowledgeable, honest, gentle, kind, generous. I am a difficult case with issues with vertigo and he had to stand up to get in my mouth because I can't lay back fully because it makes me dizzy. His level of compassion about that truly humbled me. I was so nervous about this visit but Dr Hoerster and his entire staff completely put me at ease. I was amazed by how comprehensive the exam was (I never had anything more than x-rays before!). They even did a cancer screening and gum recession test! In all that I got to meet several of his staff members and they were all beyond wonderful! THANK YOU DR HOERSTER AND ALL OF YOUR STAFF! You are all AMAZING!!!!

I told them how sensitive my teeth were numerous times! Dont get me wrong I understand there is some discomfort to be expected. But they shouldnt make you cry! Snd he says Calm down! He also kept trying to to sell me implants and when I said no he kept announcing to his staff 'she is refusing the recommendation' so all patrons could hear was a bit off putting. He wanted $11k for an implant but filled the tooth for $500. I could go on about the horrible service but want to forget it. Wont be back!

In one instance, a NP misdiagnosed a skin condition. I even spoke up and said "I know it's not that". Upon getting a 2nd opinion elsewhere, the condition was correctly diagnosed, and treated. As well as feeling gaslit over certain symptoms, and possible treatments by 2 different doctors during my time as a patient there. Yet again, upon going to a different provider, in San Antonio, all of my concerns were addressed and successfully treated. I do not recommend Peterson Medical Associates or Peterson Health Hospital, unless it's your only option due to travel restrictions.

We had never taken her here but called and they said to bring her in right away. We did and they took her back within a few minutes and went straight to work! Dr Lee and his staff were incredible - my little one was surpassingly calm thanks to their compassion throughout the entire process. They readily answered any questions and even though it's something they likely see often, they explained the entire process thoroughly to ensure both of us were comfortable. The staff from the front desk to assistant were all so kind. Aesthetically it's adorable + very clean. I will 100% continue to come here for routine care +'bring my other child.
