I would give them a 10 if I could! I'd been avoiding Aspen because I thought they were a dentures and emergency place. I was pleasantly surprised that they are a full service dental office who don't just pull it out and put you out! They focused on preventive and maintenance measures for me. Since moving here full time ten years ago I've had no success finding a practice that was 'normal'. The five different dental offices I went to had issues from being very pushy trying to make me do all kinds of procedures that I didn't need, to they stopped using my insurance to closing without any notice, while I'd had a tooth pulled and was waiting for them to put in an implant. BUT at Aspen in Rio Grande today checked all the boxes! My experience with every person I had contact with was amazing. They were sharp, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable! Made appointment for a second tooth removal. They charge me a down payment to keep the appointment. Ran my credit for financing against my will when i was not looking for third party. Kick me out the office the day of my appointment because i question them for employing money strong tactics! Heck the simple 2nd removal they want almost 100 dollars more than the first. If I could give zero stars I would. I called to get my mother an emergency appointment they gave it to me for the next day and then call me and stated she was wrongly book and she could not be seen till Monday after I took off of work. Very unprofessional I already did not want to use them because of all the horrible things I hear about them and how dirty they are. read more

This place was wonderul. It was my first time going and it was a great experience. They were able to get me in for my first appointment fast and again for a cleaning a few days later. They are very organized and every team member was friendly and knowledgeable! Karlee, the hygienist Tracey, Dr. Nwanya, and Autumn were all wonderful! I agree with Fran. I too was told I needed a "deep cleaning"! I choose not to pay an extra $200 and picked up my x-rays and took them to a different dentist! Regular cleaning is all I needed! I have never been a fan of the big franchise dental practices. But this place surprised me. The staff was welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They convince me to try to save an important molar when I was all set to just have it extracted. So far, their plan has worked and I am beyond pleased. My only recommendation is that they should have warned me that once the novocaine wore off, I would experience some considerable discomfort and should take tylenol. I shouldn't have been surprised, but I was :( it was fine after one day though. read more

I just wanted a regular cleaning, but was told I had to get a more expensive cleaning. when I told the office assistant that I didn't want the more expensive cleaning, I was told to find a different dentist.
