There probable had been some type of water leak at one point and I guess no one bothered to replace the tiles. Hygiene is an important element in any health care facility and I just couldn't get passed those discolored tiles. Now, this occurred several years ago and maybe they've been replaced by now. Let's hope that they have been replaced.
