Could not be more upset with Aspen dental. Had my wisdom teeth removal surgery scheduled for end of April and had confirmed pricing. I get there and they tell me it will be 2k from my 400$ pricing they had told me previously. As of April first the surgeon no longer takes any insurance. They also did not quote it correctly and did not put my impacted teeth on the quote which raised it to 3k. I did not receive any phone call or notification that they had changed coverage. read more

Had an awful experience at this Aspen Dental. Full disclosure, my husband and I each treat at a family dental office, but they were closed for the Friday before Labor Day, and my husband needed immediate treatment for an abscessed tooth. We called the hotline and got an appointment for 9:00 am that day to get it pulled. Once we arrived, they did take my husband back promptly, but were trying to do everything but take out the tooth. Tried to get him to do a cleaning, tried to measure him for dentures which he doesn't need yet, and just generally ignored his very painful tooth. Once they finally agreed to pull it, they told him they couldn't do it at that appointment, that we needed to come back at 12:45 to do it. This was at 10am, after they'd been yanking him around for an hour with all the other baloney. I was pissed. Next, they call in a prescription for Amoxicillin and Ibuprofen for him to take before the 12:45 appointment. Both of which he is allergic to, and was written on 3 different forms. Thank god the pharmacist caught it, and called both us to tell us, and the dentist to get something else. Once we returned for the actual tooth pulling, of course they made him wait a good half hour to take him back. I will never return to this establishment, will not recommend it. Careless allergy errors and keeping a patient suffering for 4 hours beyond what was needed is ridiculous. read more

I only called aspen dental because my regular dentist was on vacation. When you call for new patients you get a hotline from who knows where. Which was a good thing this tome because they found a local aspen that had an available appointment that day. I called because I was in so much pain.the most pain of my entire life and had to have a tooth pulled. We get in first thing at 930 I think they are going to do a couple x rays and yank the tooth. Boy was I wrong. They took X-rays and sat me down in a room. One lady comes in a takes measurements of my gums and what not for a cleaning for "next"time. Okay fine as long as there is no cleanings today and they get this tooth gone soon. In comes another doctor talking about my teeth and wanted to know if I was interested in doing a bridge or implants. I said yes eventually. He continues to take measurements and proceed with this. I said hold up I'm just here to get this tooth out of my mouth. I'm in so much pain. He says okay we will deuces another time. After this I was waiting for what seams forever. He calls in a proscription of something I was allergic to and wrote down on many sheets for them. I had to make another appointment for thank god that same day to get my tooth out. That procedure was actually okay. Dr Brain (and yes that was his name because if you have a name like that what else would you be) was very friendly and patient. Did a great job. I wouldn't never ever go to an aspen. I would rather live with the tooth pain. read more

I would not recommend this place. My girlfriend called a week before to make an appointment for me. At the time of the appointment I went and they said they did not have any appointments scheduled for me. They tried to tell me my girlfriend did not call when i was sitting right next to her giving her my information. My girlfriend had an appointment that same day also she went and they did had her scheduled. They did all the x-rays as new patient and had her wait for the results. After 45 minutes of her waiting they told her they couldn't do anything today because "their" system went down. They had her wait 45 minutes to tell her that. And it's weird that you need your system to read some X-rays. It's been 2 weeks since the incident and have not received a call to come back. This place is another corporate chain business. read more

Worst. Dental. Experience. Ever. When asked to review my daughter's experience a week ago, I gave 5 stars. After going there myself today for a new patient consult, I would give NO stars, if that were a choice. The constant up-selling of Invisalign (9 separate times I was "encouraged" to get it even though my teeth are nearly perfect) and the insistence that I required "deep cleaning" made it the WORST dental experience I have ever had in my 45 years. They refused to schedule my cleaning for less than $645 out of pocket and I have full dental insurance! Not only that, the very fact they required that consult, took 18 x rays and a 3D image, prior to allowing me to schedule a cleaning was a travesty. In this day and age of COVID-19, that's an excessive amount of diagnostics. And for what? To convince me my teeth are going to fall out unless I spend hundreds of dollars on a cleaning? The. Worst. I just canceled my husband and two children's appointments and my daughter, who actually did have a decent experience last week, will not be back. Five potential new patients is now ZERO. Don't call this place. You're better off with a different dental provider who cares about dental care and not the almighty dollar. read more

The nurse and dentist were not nice. The dentist (Chinese or Japanese) woman was very rude and showed no compassion when explaining the condition of my teeth and gums and when she was poking in my mouth. Jabbing her pick into my gums. She took my blood pressure before starting the exam which I never had my blood pressure taken at the dentist before. Very weird. Probably done to increase her bill to the insurance company. All my life I gag whenever the dentist put that instrument and cardboard film in my mouth to get the images/pictures of the back of my teeth. I told the nurse this before she got started. The nurse was not patient with me at all and kept saying, "It is what it is..the dentist has to have these films before she can clean your teeth." That when the dentist ask her why they were not done..she is going to tell the dentist that I WOULD NOT let her take the pictures. I corrected her and said nooo.... I COULD NOT because the tool you use was cutting into bottom of my gums and that I am a gagger and have been all my life. She was more concerned with getting her images than listening to my concerns and my suggestions/tips on how other dentist have tried other tactics to get the image. She was rude. They are not very kind. Taking my Xrays they scratched up the inside of my mouth so much that it still hurts 24 hours later. I had gone un for a tooth that hurt and they made me bight down using that tooth. They also weren't very kind. These people are trying to rip you off they tried to charge me 10,000 before insurance for a procedure that other dentists will charge 1,000 for before insurance. Do NOT believe the money back guarantee for dentures it is 100% FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! We were talked in to purchasing the FlexiLytes partial denture at a high cost we were told it was the superior to the Cast partial.WELL...almost going on way over a year and half we are still having to go for every 2 weeks adjustments.We were told by the dentist..Dr Sai......,...He was very good that we were not told the correct info and were pressured into the purchase of the FlexiLytes.He said we can Talk with store manager Tatiana.The store manager that did the original deal was no longer working there.Well......I have never had such POOR, BAD ,DISRESPECTFUL customer service in my life! We were talked down upon yelled at and basically told to shut up!Tatiana said they will not honor any guarantee and if we want to order the Cast Partial it would be and additional almost 500$ more.....We were so shocked and disappointed that they would treat a customer that way.We are going to take this is up to Aspen Dental Corporate.Never have we been treated so poorly with any service Tatiana needs to be retrained or REPLACED.!! read more
