They had a welcoming reception for approximately 75 guests with a catered beer wine menu. Friday was a catered rehearsal dinner. We were told we could not access property until 3:30 Wednesday. Ice truck was showing up at 12:00 so someone being me had to meet them to show Them where to put it. The owner Mike is his name came and meet us and showed where to put the ice. I wanted a feel for the property as I was the caterer. We were there a hour and left. Within minutes of leaving my partner in catering received a phone call from Mikes wife bitching that we accessed the property before 3:30. Husband Mike never mentioned it and was helpful. We used the kitchen for assembly only. All cooking was done on my Blackstone out doors. The brides parents put down a $2,500 deposit. They were informed they were getting docked $500 from over use of the property...lol, not damage, not from lack of not cleaning up etc. Pam had excuse after excuse of why they were keeping $500.00..Overuse of the property was her final answer, the brides family had paid dearly to use...I'm guessing the owners Mike and Pam need to figure shit out.. Greed is my final answer. Sad...will never recommend this venue again... we did recommend it to this family..I feel horrible for doing so...

We were able to ski a few days as well as fish and hike. These cabins are walking distance from the artsy town of Bigfork. Our kids said it was the best vacation we ever had. The rooms are affordable and they have small kitchens so we made some dinners and breakfast which kept the costs down! We bought our groceries in Kalispel as we are gluten free and there were choices there. The owners are kind, salt of the Earth folks! These cabins were built by them by trees harvested from their property. They are truly hand crafted logs cabins....even some of the furniture is made from logs including the curtain rods so amazing! My disappointment is with Abigail, she will never answer the phone during business hours, she did return my call once, maybe twice, but then she stated she prefers to text. I mentioned I don't like to text and email, I prefer to speak with someone to ask my questions. I call and of course leave a message stating I'd like to ask one more question. If you call me back I won't call again. It seems as a customer I'm more of a bother, after leaving that message of course I don't get a call, I get a text, right after asking please call me, and I won't call again. Thirty minutes later I get a text, which I will leave in a photo at the end, stating this is the best way to communicate with me, even though I asked for a call. So the whole time we're there I never call, because I feel I'm more of a burden then a customer. So when I check out I go to the office three times, to ask a question on checking out, it's open, but nobody there. I walk the property can't find anyone, so I call at 10:14AM, of course no answer, so I leave a note on the desk stating I'm checking out. Again, great place to stay, and if you don't like personable service you will love this place.

This review is only in regards to the laundry facilities. To be honest, this has been my first time…read moreusing a communal laundromat, so I do not have anything for comparison. For my first experience, I'd say it has been a good one! The American is very clean and well done. No one else was there on the weekday evening we went. They have 8 washers and 8 dryers in total, with only one machine that was out of order. A load in the wash costs $2.75, and a load in the dryer costs $2.00 (as of Fall 2022). That seems pricy, but I'm not sure how that compares to other laundromats. There is a change machine, and there are also detergents and dryer sheets for sale (again pricy). There is seating inside and two benches on the front porch. WiFi is provided, but there is no public restroom. I do believe one should be offered since waiting on laundry can take quite some time. That would be my biggest complaint. It is next door to a coffee shop and tucked away in a nice, safe area. There is a security camera located inside (and I am sure outside as well).

We had a "Happily Ever After" event for 50 at our home on October 4th. It was held outside…read morehowever, due to covid. And I am so pleased with how easy everything was that we rented for our event! Based on their excellent website, I had a good idea of what we would need...a soundsystem for our music, a cordless microphone because it's hard to hear outside, a raised square platform for two people to stand on, a bouncehouse for the kiddos (bonus they had a castle shaped one for our Happily Ever After theme!), a dozen wooden benches to put on the riverside deck for seating, and chalkboard arrow signs showing the way. It only took 10 minutes in person, plus a deposit to get it all reserved. They called closer to my event to remind & assure that all was on schedule. They arrived with their professional truck 2 days before my event and delivered it all, showing me how everything worked. The written instructions for the boucehouse were helpful and it was easy-peezy to put it up (it also came with it's own tarp, stakes, and large cushiony cube to enter it easily). The helpful delivery guys gave me a quick tutorial on the soundsystem...that also was easy-peezy come showtime. (We just made a pandora playlist and played it through a cellphone, another person made a Spotify list and that was used after) The written instructions in the cordless microphone case made that process just as seamless (people could hear us just fine, even being able to speak over the music--hello karaoke later!) The benches were lovely to use during the ceremony, then transitioned easily to our eating tables, and then later around the firepit. All the rental prices were extremely reasonable and it just couldn't have been any easier. All we had to do was make sure the bouncehouse stayed dry! After our event, we left everything stacked safely in our driveway right next to the house, and they came and picked it up while we were at the airport seeing family off. Talk about convenient! If I ever have need to rent anything again, they're going to be my first call. Their website is extremely handy to see what they have! Thank you so much for making our special day that much more special. We couldn't have done it without you =)
