On my first office with visit Dr Jesse, he immediately put me at ease with personal engaging demeanor. He explained my options thoroughly and I felt confident he was perfect for me! In November 2022, Dr. Jesse performed a Mako Robotic assisted Total Knee Replacement. My surgery went fantastic. Later that same day, I was walking with a walker during PT. Dr. Jesse made sure my pain was managed during my recovery. My recovery went so well, I had my other knee replaced 3 1/2 months later! That recovery was even better. On my first meeting with doctor Bauwens I should have listened to my gut that this guy was very none caring and aloof. I had to ask to see the X-ray and he show it to me not on a clear screen but on a print out that wasn't very clear. He didn't explain anything. Very unprofessional! He was quick to have me make an appointment for a robotic cortisone shot in the hip.When he performed the robotic shot I screamed out in excruciating pain and kept yelling it felt like he was going into my muscles. He said nothing and just continued using his unskilled technique on me. when he had finished there was no apology for the pain or stress I had been put through. He just waltzed out of the room. Still very much in pain ,a week later ,I called his office and was told to give it another week and call back which I did. Now I was told to have physical therapy. I had a consultation with a physical therapist and was told by the therapist that I might have inflamed muscles and that I should go to another orthopedic doctor to find out what is going on before she treats me so as to not do anymore harm.Today I'm making that appointment. Today a month later I still have pain in my hip.My experience is that Dr. Bauwems doesn't know his business or have any empathy for his patients . I'd like to call it QUACKERY!!!!

Very limiting for me and I like to stay quite active. I had seen another Dr. who did not help me at all; save for expensive inserts that did nothing for me. My Physical Therapist recommended my seeing him at Northwest Surgery Center. He is most knowledgeable and very kind. I could not believe how he knew exactly what was going on inside my feet! I was amazed by his knowledge and his caring manner! His staff is top notch. Nurses were wonderful! Any question or concerns were addressed completely for me. I had hammertoes also. We did the surgery on both feet, a day apart. Yes, there is some pain afterward, but I was kept very comfortable. Follow-ups were great too. My surgery was 5 months ago and I am so very pleased. I can walk barefoot and I hadn't done that for years. So, I sincerely highly recommend Dr. McCartan for your foot problems. He is "gifted" and I Thank him with all my heart!

I was in a lot of pain and my knee was quite swollen when I saw him. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately but ordered an MRI to confirm it. I had a torn ACL, MCL and a meniscus. I am very grateful for him fixing up my knee. Its been almost 5 years now and I dont have any pain or loss of mobility. I dont even think about it! I did see him a year after the surgery when I tore my meniscus again. He fixed it up again and I havent had any issues since. Ive heard Its never quite the same after you tear it. The reasion it got torn a second time is because I got a little gung ho and stupid when I got on my bike and started pedaling in a high gear. I really cranked on it hard. Foolish on my part! Can I run and jump? Yes. Do I? Not really all that much. I'll run on pavement, but never on grass again. I trust the surgery I had, but not my age so much! Lol. Dr Bahmras bedside manner is the best! He's really a super nice guy. He's polite and compassionate. And he's very skilled. He took the time to explain everything. What he would do, what I can expect, and what I needed to do as a patient. His assistant physician Tracy Peterson is also top notch. My knee surgery was done at the MOSH on S. 27th street in Franklin. Everything went great and without a hitch. Also, the office staff worked with insurance and provided the paperwork I needed. There were no $urprises.

After waiting an hour past our appointment time, he spent approximately 5 minutes (NOT kidding) with us. He came in the room, said "any headaches" (to which my son responded "yes"), with Dr. Reichert's response of "I'm not doing surgery because you don't need it." Didn't bring up his MRI results or discuss them, didn't talk about any of his structural abnormalities, didn't ask "how are you," didn't listen to any concerns, didn't ask if we had questions, kept tapping on the exam table - slouched and leaning back in the office chair - completely unprofessional, cocky, disrespectful, NO bedside manners, treated us like we didn't know anything (I myself have a medical degree as an NP), didn't even assess my son(!), opened the door, and walked us out of the room. I would NEVER recommend this provider to absolutely anyone. I have no idea who would rate him so highly, but I really hope that you look to other providers to have an understanding of what one would be like if they had their patient as the focus of attention, during an office visit that I am paying for, related to a pretty significant issue.

I thought it better to submit them prior to the app't so the Dr. might have a chance to review BEFORE my visit. How could he go through all that and the scans during the app't, which I expected to be 15-20 minutes? The doctor saw me within 10-15 minutes of my appointment time and spent over 45 minutes speaking (and listening) to me, doing a brief physical exam, and then reviewing, in detail, the CT scans of my cervical and lumbar regions. He didn't review the scan in advance. He spent the time to review them with me. I was not there to proceed with any particular action or surgery. I was there to CONSULT and strategize whether to take action now (I'm 67), or wait some years, maybe 10 or whatever, to live with my ongoing condition/s (I've had a discectomy and fusion already) and take action at some later date. Dr. King understood all that, and considering the complete Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD) I have, he recommended we take a wait and see approach on the surgery. He did refer me to Dr. Doniparthi in the Pain Management clinic to again CONSULT the possibility of an injection or trigger point therapy. (I have seen her more than once before and had injections before). I did follow up with her the very next day and her assessment was basically the same - no assurance that any injection would help... might help, might not. So... wait and see as long as I could continue to function as is. I was very pleased that I was listened to, that a conservative approach was considered and taken, and will return to Dr. King, if and when, I deteriorate to needing some intervention.

The medical floor is separate from the orthopedic floor and not run the same way. All the nurses on the orthopedic floor are great. Also, you get a menu and can order each meal in a two hour gap and they bring it to you. Dr. Coran is a spinal specialist. He has done all three of the areas of my back with the last in January 25, He took it apart and put it back stabilized so I can continue to do normal things and play tennis. Since Prohealth and other clinics/hospitals have joined "MyChart" I find it extremely easy to communicate, set up appointments, and get test results. I have been going to Prohealth for a very long time. The thing that keeps us coming back all this time is the dedication of our primary care physician. A big shout out to Dr. Daniel Cheng. He's friendly, helpful and professional. Never fails to call the next day to check on us, or give us test results. The rest of the staff have always been friendly and helpful. This includes the receptionists, nurses, and support staff. Once I arrive, I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes.

I will never go back to this place, I do not recommend it..this is not normal or typical behavior of a physical therapy office. Not sure whats going on here. This is not the way to run a successful business.
