He went through this same procedure several times, step by step. The time did not change. I decided I needed a different employee, hanged up the phone and called back. The second employee put me through the same routine several times. The time did not change. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. She put me through the same routine several times and wanted to do that some more, because the time did not change. My system is still set to the original incorrect time. I strongly urge you not to contract with this company. They don't know how to set the time clock on their own equipment.

It required a service call. Finally got an appointment and learned that the service person had to come from northern Oregon - I live in southern Oregon. While there are several subscribers of ADT in our development, they apparently don't have anyone closer. Wonder what would happen if we had a furnace problem releasing carbon monoxide during the 3+ weeks we did not have coverage. Maybe need to look elsewhere for our security needs.
