Her office is in the USMD building in Clearfork, making it convenient to get too and no problems parking or walking far in heat, rain, or cold. It never seems crowded and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. The facility is clean and proper procedures are followed. But the best thing is Dr. Kremer's attention to detail, vast knowledge, and caring attitude. It has been one year since my last visit when I was prescribed one year on my blood-pressure medication. I submitted a refill request with my pharmacy five days ago. They did not respond to the pharmacy. The pharmacy put in the request again and the request was denied with no explanation. I called the clinic and was told there are no grace periods. It has been one year and they would not refill my prescription until I came in for an appointment. The staff member refused to acknowledge my concerns about an in person visit until I was fully vaccinated for Covid-19. In fact, she made me feel like my concerns were not valid. I was told insurance would no longer pay for phone consultations. I had to come to the clinic. I asked for one month. In that time I could be fully vaccinated. I was denied. She said it was a strict policy and there was nothing she could do. No refills until an appointment. I am in complete shock. I told her that policy was unreasonable and that if they cared so little about their patients that I would have to make a change. Without a care in her voice she said "ok". Well I am not "ok". My blood-pressure is thru the roof. I can not believe they would rather have me go to the emergency room than give me any additional time on the prescription. All so they can make money on the appointment? That is cold.

The office is disorganized, unresponsive, and completely lacking in compassion or professionalism. I am a diabetic of 30 years, and I have had to repeatedly beg for prescription refills and basic communication regarding my care. Calls, emails, and messages go unanswered for days or weeks, despite having proof of my attempts to contact the office. On multiple occasions, I've shown up for scheduled appointments only to be told I needed to come back another day for bloodwork. I've also been told they were out of basic medical supplies, including needles. That is unacceptable for any medical clinic. The most upsetting experience happened after I had to cancel an appointment because my family was burying my mother-in-law the day before Mother's Day. I notified the office and explained the situation, yet instead of compassion or understanding, I was met with attitude and told I would not receive refills until I came in person. I already have another appointment scheduled, but it is weeks away, and I simply asked for enough medication to avoid running out in the meantime. I still have not received the refill or a meaningful callback. At this point, I no longer feel safe or cared for as a patient. My health has declined during my time under this clinic's care, and I would never recommend this office to anyone managing a serious chronic condition. The only staff member I previously had a positive experience with was Ramon, but unfortunately this last interaction was disappointing as well. They won't do your physical exam and bloodwork on the same day and she directly asked me to have my Pap smear done elsewhere so she doesn't have to order the equipment to do it. They are very disorganized in general. It took a week just to put a signature and date on an attestation form. I explained at the time of my appointment that due to the nature of what the form was for, Ramon could do it but they insisted no he couldn't. They sent it back after me calling them daily about it with Ramon's signature (I thought he couldn't do it). Office is only open until 2:30pm so if you work, you'll always have to take time off just to get in to see them. Ramon is very kind but clearly overworked. Never had a front desk receptionist take my blood too until coming to this office. Weeks went by with no updates on test results. I called to get an update, they said oh we've had your results for a while and someone will call you back. Another week passes and they call saying I have to make another appointment for them to discuss my results at all. Horrible experience. Don't waste your time here folks.
