Simple. Worst service I never had. I paid my $25 booking fee well in advance. A short time later (maybe a week or two) I not only was asked to rearrange my booking day but suggested to go a day later or even a week later than what I was already booked on - for no reason. I politely declined and restated that the Monday I'm scheduled for was my only available day. This should've been my first sign to cancel.
But nay, I gave this highly rated salon another shot and stuck with the appointment. The morning of my appointment, the ringer on my phone goes off at 1AM from this same inconsiderate gal asking me yet again to change my appointment. She was going to be at the salon earlier and ASSumed I would be thrilled about coming in sooner too. This was my first experience and definitely my last. A word of advice to you: Aspire you will do for your time in business. Your thoughtless attempts to work around what fits your schedule instead of keeping my schedule in mind, this type of unprofessional behavior will be your downfall. Ambition is good but what you were doing was hassling me, for no reason and not only once but yet another time in the middle of the night without giving it a second thought as to what I was doing or whom I was caring for on my end! You just cared to fit your needs. For a new client, you should be bending over backwards but you didn't, instead you were rude with your comments leaving a smiley or heart or some dumb emoticon as if that's supposed to make your behavior alright. This shows your arrogance. I'm glad I didn't waste any more of my valuable time on you or your salon. The $25 you refuse to refund me was well spent because you saved me from missing out on my dads final words while he was lying on his death bed and for that I thank you. I thank you for giving me the run-around and every reason to cancel. Remember honey, you never know what people are going through or are dealing with on the other end. It's a simple rule in life. read more
