The scheduler who called was not even aware this was the 3rd time. Similar scheduling issues happened to myself last summer I've been rescheduled on two separate occasions. It is frustrating to tell the person on the phone that three rescheduled appointments over 4 months has now messed up both our insurance given the annual enrollment and impacts our job schedule and be told the "I'm sorry but the first open appointment is in December ".

Went shopping at save a lot to kill some time, went back, still no prescription called in yet. I ended up calling Marshfield urgent care 6 times before they actually called it in over the phone. It shouldn't take that long to call in a prescription. I don't know what their problem is but they need to take care of it. I will never go there again.

You should NEVER say something like that to a mentally ill patient! That was a terrible shock and made a lot of my mental illnesses hit me as I was walking to the car. They misdiagnosed, billed some address In Michigan, I complained and instead of any resolution or apology they told me to pay my bill, which had been sent to collections because I NEVER RECEIVED IT. Only after confirming their error they said they would review it and never called me back, I asked for an itemized bill to review with insurance, they never sent it and made me pay blindly while threatening to send it to collections.

For example, because they don't want to take the time to figure out what information they are legally required to not share with parents they just block it all. No other system I have, or currently use, does this! I can't even request a refill or get the immunization history for my 12 yr old without a phone call and a trip to the office. Thedacare just sucks. Go use Ascension or Aurora but stay away from Theda and EnCircle! I only wish our pediatrician would change practices as we would be gone in a heartbeat.
