Tim was awesome! He really knows his assembly stuff. Super efficient and was able to get everything we needed done in time for our move. Highly recommend! read more

Tim, responded timely to my request and was able to fix the problem the same day. He arrived on time and finished the job in no time. I highly recommend him and will definitely rehire for future projects. read more

Fast, reliable, honest and great service. Gave us great information on old lighting. Highly recommend! Thank you!

I highly recommend Tim. He responded to my request quickly, arrived exactly on time, finished the job quickly, and did excellent work.

Professional, on time, honest and produced quality work at reasonable hourly rate. Given our current environment with Inflation, many handyman services are quoting ridiculous hourly rates for simple jobs, like installing bathroom towel racks with glass shelving. Tim was very professional, efficient, shelf/rack looks great and he is honest. We will use his services again and recommend him to our neighbors as well. read more

Tim was fantastic to work with! I requested a quote on Yelp and lucky for me, he happened to be available to do a list of handyman services a few days later. He was on time, very efficient and communicated very well. My husband and I appreciated his professionalism very much along with his eye to detail. He won't only get the job done but he'll do it right! I would highly recommend Tim and I'll of course be using him again in the near future! read more

Tim responds very timely and he is punctual for the appointment. His price is reasonable as well.

Assembled an extremely complicated piece of furniture that turned out fantastic. I'll be asking him to do lots more handy man type of work. Highly recommend. read more

We had Tim come to do some work around the house (patching up a hole, shower curtains, blinds) and were thrilled with the quality of work. We have a handful of projects for him to do in the coming weeks and will 100% be using him for those. High recommended! read more

Tim was prompt on time. He did great work and a resonable price. Installed to sink faucets, brought down a chandelier, and installed to barn doors. He made the doors. read more

Tim did a great job mounting a large mirror in our office! He responded quickly to my questions (and I had a lot), provided a fair quote, was professional and arrived early. He was prepared with all needed supplies and completed the job quickly. Very professional. Will definitely call him for our next project. read more

The only issue with locating a good handyman is receiving a call back. I left a voicemail EARLY Thursday morning for Tim, in the hopes that he would get back with me by day's end. Unfortunately this is not the case, in fact, I'm still waiting and this is now Saturday. At what point do you say a handyman should return a potential business opportunity phone call? OR, how long do you wait for said return phone call? Since this is not an actual business (brick and mortar location) I understand that a handyman has to basically do it all with managing the business, however, a return phone call at least to say "I'm too busy to take on your job" would be greatly appreciated, then I can actually go down the Yelp list and find someone who can at least return the call and schedule an appointment for a bid or quote. Going to call someone else on Monday. read more

Tim is awesome. Although I've never met him personally, he did some amazing work on our house!!! My boyfriend hired him to do fence repair/replacement, fence painting, toilet replacement and bird spike installation on our fireplace. He quickly came out and gave us a quote for the work, and was very honest and professional throughout the entire process. He gave us some options to save a little bit of money on the projects, and was able to schedule the work quickly after we approved his quote. He was quite unfortunately rained out on one of the days he had planned to paint, but was right back out to complete the work as soon as the weather allowed. You can tell he takes pride in the quality of his work, and he completed all of the work on budget and on schedule - which we really appreciated! Tim performed all of the work as promised, despite the fact that we weren't available to be home/"supervise work" for most of the process. He is honest, professional, hardworking, and very trustworthy. We'll definitely contact Tim for the various other items on our "honey-do" list, as his pricing is very reasonable and the quality of his work is excellent. read more

Tim is a skilled and talented Handyman. I have been remodeling my entire home for the past few years and have met a lot of contractors that were only able to do one type of job and then they subcontract everything else. But Tim can fix or install just about anything or else he will refer someone that has a good reputation. I had him redo my closet pole and shelf, install bathroom lights with dimmers, ceiling fan, flush mount lights, drywall, a new dishwasher and several other projects that I knew he could tackle quicker than me. He is also friendly and will answer any DIY questions and give good advice. Furthermore, he is professional, efficient, punctual, well-organized, and resourceful. read more

We had Tim come by to repair a drywall hole in our garage that was made during a repair of a leak. Tim was great to work with, extremely helpful, and did a great job. He replaced a board that had termite damage and took out the drywall that was water damaged. It now looks brand new, like nothing ever happened. He was very willing to come back if I was not satisfied with the job, but there was no need! Will definitely be recommending to any friends that need handyman services. read more

I was bummed I couldn't get a call back from this gentleman. I put in a call on Monday and left him a detailed message on what I was looking to do in our bathroom. It's probably somewhere between a $7-10k job. Today is Thursday and still haven't heard back. He has great reviews and I was looking forward to hearing from him. I called two other people that same day. They called me back that same day and came out the next day. Again, I can't speak to the quality of his work, but not cool to not get a returned call. read more

Tim is the man! We had him install something into our ceiling that was very heavy. He arrived on schedule, was very kind, surveyed the situation and even drove off the store at no additional cost to pick up extra needed parts. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and continuously checked to ensure our new ceiling fixture was installed in the manner we wanted, was secure, and was careful not to damage any drywall. He cleaned up completely and was off. We will be calling Tim again for all future handyman needs. Great guy and great work! read more

We had Tim come out and install two custom gates and repair fencing that had fallen apart. Tim inspected the site, provided a quote and came back to do the work. Tim required zero supervision or support and did his thing. Tim's work was dead on the money! We would rate Tim's work a 11 out of 10 because he fixed a couple of other issues that came up and didn't end up charging us more money. We are very grateful to have found Tim and used his skill set for the job. The guy is a super hard worker and very skilled at his job. We will be looking to hire Tim for more jobs around our house. read more

Tim was very responsive, on time, and got the job done quickly. We have a rental and live out of state, Tim was easy to work with and trustworthy. He was able to squeeze us in right before Christmas. We plan on hiring him again! Thanks Tim! read more

Tim is an awesome worker! So tired of workers that want to talk and reflect more than get the job done, We are working on a list of stuff to call him back for. Thanks again Tim!! read more

Needed some help in with putting together a large Rubbermaid Shed, an entertainment center, and a soundbar mounted to my 4K HDR 65" Samsung. Tim was on time, professional, and came with all his own tools. Tim was respectful of my house and needed no help, oversight, or even food or water. When I say the man came prepared, I mean it. His price was competitive but the overall experience makes choosing him a no brainer for future projects. - Real talk. read more

Tim was prompt at returning my initial call, and made a visit to assess the project. We liked his confidence, apparent skills, and attitude; unfortunately, he did not follow up on our verbal agreements, did not return my calls or email to get his quote. His ad site, "no job is too small" apparently isn't true. read more

I've been a landlord for 20 years and have yet to find a handyman that deserved my return business. That is until now! Finally I won't have to go eeny-meeny-miny-mo through the yellow pages or penny saver anymore. I think I finally found my man. He was nice. He was prompt. He returned my emails immediately. His prices seemed very competitive. And he fixed my units broken things to my satisfaction. I couldn't ask for more. Thank Tim! I'll definitely be calling you in a month when the next thing breaks lol... read more

I am a Realtor in North County. I wanted to use Tim on my own home before having him do work on my clients' homes. He did a great job so I referred him to a client. He did fantastic work and my client was very happy. I will happily refer Tim to other clients going forward. read more

Tim was amazing! Came in and knocked out a whole kitchen remodel in 3.5 days! Nothing in our kitchen was easy either. Cabinets, counter tops, appliances, plumbing, electrical you name it he did it. Also an amazing price for it! Final price with materials was easily 1000 under the other estimates without any materials added in. Will use him for any and all jobs I have in the future. read more

Tim rocks in his professionalism and honest work! He does know what he is doing on projects he has worked on! I've had him work on several different small projects. I do real estate sales and property management which means fixing things that tenants sometimes wear-out faster! I had a property that I had 3 different "handymen" over a period of 2 years "fix" the same problem with cheaply built cabinets in a newer home. They did a temporary fix but the same problem happened. Anyway, Tim fixed their work and it now looks and works great! Best handyman who does small jobs in North County San Diego. read more

Tim is awesome... very helpful and conscientious. It's tough getting a Handyman who will consider smaller jobs as well as large, and then it's a question of fitting work around your own schedule - Tim works with you in this respect. 5 Stars +. Tim is great to work with. Since moving into our home two years ago Tim has worked a variety of jobs for us (from installing recessed lighting in our kitchen to removing a 20 year old security door with stripped screws). Every job was performed with the highest of quality. Tim is professional, respectful, fair with his pricing, and efficient. We would not hesitate to use him again and we have already referred him to many of our North County friends. read more
