This Brooks Brothers seemed to have some items that I have not seen before in other locations. I was able to find some good prices on some business clothing and some casual clothing as well. The staff here did a good job at being available and helping out. This store was well run and clean. This store was well-stocked and had a great selection with tons of discounts and Clearance. The best part was Olga, one of the staff attendants, who went above and beyond to help me and my husband. She made us feel comfortable, provided excellent styling recommendations, and didn't mind at all going to get us different sizes when needed. The staff was very accommodating; they also didn't have my size in a shirt that I absolutely loved, but they were able to mail the shirt in my size with free shipping to my home. They have a huge selection of men's and women's clothing, especially fleece, coats, pants, hats, etc. at great prices. Some of the fleece were almost half off. They also have Allpa and other bags available for sale but they are not price reduced. The inside of the store is laid out well and product arranged nicely. The sales staff are super nice and we're very knowledgeable about the products. We got a lot of good deals here. Apparently this is the only Cotopaxi store on the east coast and the only Cotopaxi outlet store.

What? That is a closing job and takes all of a minute. The next store I went to had their rooms open until 7. They lost all my business that night. So unnecessary and rude. I notice that there have been similar reviews of this staff member on Yelp and I hope management sees this.

This was the only store that did not have such a sign in place. Out of the three employees I saw, only one was masked, and I don't recall seeing hand sanitizer at the register.

Scott's great! ----- Longer Review We traveled to South Tamworth, New Hampshire, by way of Boston, MA and then North Conway, NH, for the wedding of our niece to her husband. The trip was brief - Thursday evening to Sunday, but filled with family, fun, and some exploring. On Saturday morning, while our son did homework in the room, while my wonderful wife was exercising, our daughter and I explored North Conway, NH. While walking around we saw some shirts in the window and went into Noco Loco. By time we walked out we had found some awesome t-shirts and long-sleeve t-shirts for everyone - with something related to a moose on each one (continuing our collection that started in Yellowstone and Michigan's Upper Peninsula)! Our daughter found a hoodie sweatshirt and some sweatpants that she really likes. They also have magnets and other things celebrating the north woods of New Hampshire. Scott was a great help, who also informed us that, to preserve the colors in the clothes, we need to wash them a) inside-out, b) in cold water, and c) don't put them in the dryer. This Banana Republic Factory Store seemed to have some different and unique items that other Banana Republic stores do not have. I was really impressed with the selection and discounts available at this location as the prices and value was so good that I was able to get a couple of items more than I anticipated getting. The staff here provided good service and assistance as I was felt like I was taken care of here. The checkout line was quick and efficient as I was able to purchase my items without any trouble. BR is one…read moreof my favorite clothing brands, as it's timeless, comfortable, and chic, and this Factory Store was the first one I visited after we parked our car. It was a brutally cold day (literally, too cold to ski), and we needed something to occupy our time. BR was busy, but not overcrowded: the layout of the store allows the flow and movement of patrons without hindrance. I perused the entire Women's section (whilst my husband eyed the Men's clothing from a distance), literally finding dozens of things I wanted to buy, let alone try on. Most of their racks had some kind of sale pricing advertised, but some of it was simply the price on the tag. Unfortunately, that meant that the $50 shirt and $80 dress was a no-go for my wallet. Once I got back to the clearance section, however, my mood lifted. Here were several racks worth of pants, skirts, and shirts in every size. I tried on many items, but ultimately purchased only one skirt. Certain "common" sizes (such as M/L tops and 8/10 pants, skirts, etc) were well combed over and limited. The skirt I purchased had already been discounted several times, and then the clearance discount rang in the register (70%!). I believe I paid $5 for a beautiful brocade skirt that looks absolutely fab on me. So! If you're in the area and looking to a) burn money or b) burn time, I'd definitely recommend this Banana Republic Factory Store. There are some killer deals to be found, if you only take the time to look!
