This store was well-stocked and had a great selection with tons of discounts and Clearance. The best part was Olga, one of the staff attendants, who went above and beyond to help me and my husband. She made us feel comfortable, provided excellent styling recommendations, and didn't mind at all going to get us different sizes when needed. The staff was very accommodating; they also didn't have my size in a shirt that I absolutely loved, but they were able to mail the shirt in my size with free shipping to my home. I left Ralph Lauren very happy with the purchase and their customer service. Thank you, Olga!

Cashier never checked the Shoes in boxes, for correct shoes in the box and that they were the correct sizes in the box. I checked them when it was Obvious she wasn't going to. I picked out a pair of shoes and as soon as I got to the register they said the coupon is not going to work before even looking at it. The fine print is they only work in Skechers retail stores, not their factory outlets. I was met with such sarcasm I knew any further conversation would be a waste of my time so off I went.
