I contracted with Tommy himself who assured me he would be the one doing the roof on my double…read morewide. The work started and finished with out him ever stepping on my roof or in my yard. Our agreement stated he would remove any damaged wood and replace it before putting on shingles. After seeing his men cover damaged areas on the roof and having them fix it, I had to take the day off and babysit them all day. They ran short of the nicer roof vents we had discussed and had to buy cheap plastic ones to finish. When doing the tear off of the old shingles they did not care where the nails and debris went and did little to clean it up. It's been 2 years and im still picking shingle pieces out of my hedges. I was charged over a dollar more for the packs of shingles than Lowe's was charging and when I brought this up to Mr alligood he just said he already had what he was going to use. I was billed an extra $500.00 after the job was done with no explanation. The kicker is this, when a double wide is joined there is a piece of flashing that runs the length of the house and is a main support that keeps the house from separating. Mr alligoods crew removed this flashing. This led to the home eventually separating and destroying the shingles at the peak. I specifically asked Mr alligood if he was familiar with doing a double wide roof I was assured he was good with it. They refused to honor there warranty saying it wasn't there fault. I had to pay another local company (K&M) to come and fix the roof. They set up 100s of mobile homes every year and are very professional. They brought a building inspector to my home to look at what was done incorrectly. The inspector assured us that the issues we were dealing with were from the previous contractor. I paid Tommy Alligood almost 6000.00 for my new 25 year roof that in it's first 2 years has already leaked into my home on 3 separate occasions. It will have to be redone soon. This is not a professional company. He does have a contractors license but he uses it as an umbrella for numerous other people doing remodels around town that do not have license. Specifically a gentleman named Darrell Alligood and his son and grandson. Do yourself a favor and use Alligood roofing(no relationship)out off of 32 or anyone other than Tommy Alligood.

Mr Cleary pinpointed the problem, sent a price quote within 24 hours, I paid online and my roof was fixed within a week and before the next downpour. The crew arrived promptly around 10am and were finished before 2pm. Fast and efficient. I highly recommend this company and this review says a lot, I do not usually do reviews or surveys.

The electrical is average with a B-. There are a couple mystery plugs and the light fixture over the kitchen sink is not positioned properly. The plumbing work is not good quailty. We found a shower drain cap not installed properly after using the shower several times the shower waste water ran from underneath the unit. The rain shower froze over the winter. The seal for one toilet leaked septic fumes in the house. Plumbing work is C- at best. The gutter work is C- because several runs were not nailed properly, and most of the joints leaked because not sealed. Lot grading is grade B because some areas water stands excessively
