Our family worked with Leana and had a great experience. My mom is 96 and lives in a different state from my sister and I. Mom fell and broke her hip. We were having issues with the rehab center she was placed in out of the hospital. She was not getting the best care and communication with the facility was non existent. Being we were out of state and COVID we didn't know what to do. Leah helped us get into contact with nursing homes in the area that had good Medicare ratings that would help us with mom's care.
