I was in yesterday, the day after a holiday and they had ONE teller on the inside. Seriously? The lobby was lined out the door. Daphne, the teller was very cool about everything and was so friendly but the rest of the staff scattered around and didn't do anything. The drive thru is ALWAYS SLOW. Also, one teller and that's it. They constantly ask me would I like to open an account with their bank, Really? I think NOT.

With charter they were linked to prevent overdraft. This was not done, I found out the hard way. In the past few weeks the website has been down not for hours but days! Today my main account was shutdown due to the fact it had been inactive and with zero balance for (wait for it) 15 days! My backup account has a thousand in it. My debit card can only draw on the main account, but it is no longer available. My checks are also invalid. Therefore I cannot pay my bills. Oh simple, just jog on down to the bank cos no straight answers at customer service. Simple if you aren't eighty and partially blind. I will have to wait until I can round up a relative.
