True, our conversation didn't need to be so long, but it just goes to show how much he enjoys talking with his customers and his level of dedication to making sure everyone understands their medication.

We found two Norwalk chairs were on sale and when I asked why, I was told it was a discontinued pattern. Shame on them for not declaring that damage was the reason they were discounting the chairs. Shame on us for not looking under one of the tags to find a 2 inch tear in the fabric on the shoulder of one chair. When asked about this later (after the purchase) we were told, yes, that is why they were on sale. No remedy was offered. This is NOT the kind of customer service we ever want to experience again. Our experience with other high quality stores is that damage is disclosed, not hidden - hence a damaged item was not purchased. Never again Ellecor. I caution you to be wary of any purchases at Ellecor.

The only fee you pay is the one listed on the pottery item, there are no sitting fees or anything. You can take as long as you want to paint your items. I believe it is owned and operated by a mother/daughter team which are some of the best people we have met. A true pleasure to do business with them.
