I saw Dr Bianco for the first time. I had an infected toe from an ingrown toenail. Dr Bianco as very knowledgeable and had a wonderful bedside manner. He was kind, patient and explained the procedure I needed. The office staff was very professional and friendly. They even had a basket of garden vegetables for people to take if they wanted. I was so impressed yesterday. I have been to 2 different podiatrists in my lifetime and they would be rated 0 if I could. Dr. Bianco was and Associates in Podiatry would be a 10 star if I could rate it that way. I'm definitely returning. I've been a patient for over two years because of arthritis in my feet and ankles. Dr. Haubelt and Dr. McFeaters are the absolute best. When I needed surgery on my right foot Dr. McFeaters did an amazing job and and enabled me to walk better than I had and I'm someone who walks 5-7 miles a day. Dr. Haubelt is who I typically see on office visits and she is equally as fantastic. Very caring, understanding and knowledgeable. Both doctors are at the top of their game. They really know what they're doing and take such great care of their patients. In addition, I need to talk about the staff. No matter which location you use (downtown for me) they are always so very kind, patient and smart. It's almost like a family. In fact I'll say it is like a family. The way old school practices were run but with all of the modern technology. I put off having my issues taken care of for so long because I was afraid and embarrassed of my feet. DO NOT GO TO BIANCA the podiatrist. Matthew Bianca totally committed malpractice i i don't want anyone else to suffer like i did. I was transferred to him from his friend doctor Brown bc he said he could not do surgery because he has diabetes. I went to Brown in October for help was transferred not till january to Bianca. He ignored my pain and said i needed an implant and forgot to order it. So he scheduled and cancelled surgery twice. I went through so much and my work bc of this. It kept getting worse and worse and worse! i documented entire experience and will be releasing soon. This is a huge deal . He ignored my pain and calls and kept giving me the run around about surgery while i suffered in silenced for weeks. Till finally it got to the point where i couldn't work so i went to another doctor. HE SAID I HAD AN INFECTION IN MY TOE FOR WEEKS AND IT HAS TO BE AMPUTATED AND YOU MIGHT LOSE YOUR FOOT! I DID lose my toe and some foot: He does not care nor does and i don't think he knows what he's doing. Be careful guys please. I almost lost my life because of this man. I asked the doctor if it would of been seen months ago and he said a hard YES! SOS!!!! So he knew and was going to let me die. My life matters and i will not rest till this man gets his medical license taken. read more

Dr. Lynne Haubelt is our family Podiatrist, and has been for a number of years. She is an exceptional doctor. I trust her completely. She is knowledgeable, honest, up front and so easy to speak with. She is always available. Besides regular examinations of my feet, Dr. Haubelt has also recommended special shoes that, when worn, has greatly relieved my pain. The staff is wonderful. They work so well as a team; everything runs so smoothly. They are all friendly. To observe them greet and converse with the patients shows that they both know and care about their patients. Dr. Haubelt is by far one of the best medical practitioners that I have ever met. I had biweekly or weekly appointments for over a year to correct an issue and when things didn't work she never gave up. She was always willing do try new things in order to get results. She also was not just about getting you in and out. She would ask me questions about how I was and would remember what we talked about last visit. I joined Yelp just to write a positive review about Dr. Shannon McFeaters. Dr. McFeaters is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and one of the best doctors I've ever had. During our first visit, I showed Dr. McFeaters the expensive over-the-counter insoles that I had bought which she recommended that I continue trying for awhile. I appreciated that she took this conservative approach to help me save money. She also took time to show me how to use my night splint that I bought from another podiatrist. During my second appointment with Dr. McFeaters, I was fitted for custom insoles as my over-the-counter ones didn't work out. The custom insoles were at my request with no pressure from Dr. McFeaters. I was very pleased at how well they fit me! I highly recommend Dr. McFeaters! I called the office to make a new patient appointment for my son. Receptionist was very nice however her computer was not working. She transferred me to Patty but after 10 minutes no one picked up. I hung up and called back. Patty did not apologize for my wait time and she seemed annoyed that I called back. she was rude and abrasive. I asked again for the availability that the receptionist was giving me and she said she would not give me availability unless I filled out paperwork I said I was happy to fill out paperwork but I needed to know how far out they were again she refused rudely. The doctors here may be amazing, but so much can be said about the initial phone call. I would never come here just because of Patty. I told Patty I would let the doctor know that he's now missing a new patient and she said I absolutely should do that. read more

i was disappointed in the practice. i have a new baby, and because of covid can't take him anywhere. he's not taking a bottle so it's difficult to leave him with anyone. the downtown office is closest so i headed there for an appointment during one of the ten hours they're open. the staff and doctors were kind, and i felt listened to. i'd lost a shoe insert and needed a replacement pair. i showed them the one i had left - a softer one - and they suggested a different type - a harder one - but we agreed on the softer version since those had been working for me for years. we did impressions of my foot and i was on my way! when i came in the next time, the doctor i had seen wasnt there, and the inserts weren't the soft ones we talked about. they also had a hard edge digging into my (lack of) arch. it had been really hard to leave baby and my husband stayed home from work so i was very frustrated and sad. they told me i could leave them to get grounded (even though the machine was right in the back) or wear them and come back in a month and they could fix them or leave them and come back when the other doctor was in. i opted for making them sand off some of the hard edge (why would i leave and come back again for something that took 2 minutes?) and leave with them. i scheduled a followup visit for a month from then with this new doctor, dr. bianco, since their schedule was one i could work with. i was careful not to wear my inserts too often, increasing how much i wore them. the right one hurt though, and my back started spasming when i wore them too long. after a month i went back in and dr. bianco were upset with me for not coming in when the first original doctor, haubelt, was in. he said i could have gone to one of her other locations, even though i told him those were twice the distance and more stressful to visit because of my baby. he expressed skepticism as to whether this was true. when i shared the issue about my back and how it coincided with wearing the inserts, he was also skeptical that this was related. ("lower back issues are complex and i doubt it has anything to do with the inserts."). since i still had the soft right insert i'd first come in with and the hard right one was the one i needed fixed, i left the soft and hard right inserts with them and asked them to model the hard right insert profile off the soft one. i left feeling unhappy with how the doctor made me feel (scolded and a nuisance) and happy that soon this would all be over and even if i had hard inserts instead of soft ones, that at least they'd fit and i wouldn't have to ever go back to these podiatrists. i was having a hard time getting back in to pick up the final version, so the office was kind enough to send them in the mail. but when they arrived i opened the package to find my original soft insert and now a second newly made soft insert! so they could make soft inserts! but now i had an old soft insert, a new soft insert and a new hard insert, and no info about whether i could wear any of these together, why this one wS soft, why the original two hasn't been made soft to begin with etc. i called to express my confusion and frustration at having three non-matching inserts. was i supposed to wear the hard and soft together? were they also making a new left insert that was soft? did i need to -- SIGH -- come back in? when they called me back, they were pretty short with me, telling me i needed to come back in to see the first doctor. when i explained the scheduling issue again, they were unmoved. when i asked why they made a soft insert now instead of the first time, and whether it could wear the soft and hard together, they said i'd need to come in with all three inserts to see the original doctor to work it out with her. when i said i didn't want to come in just to get an answer to a simple question she was very unhappy and annoyed with me and was more like well we can't help you and the doctor is with patients right now. when i said i was really frustrated about the expensive and timeconsuming monthslong process and about the fact i now had three different inserts after all that time, and that i would likely just need to find a different podiatrist to work with who was available more often and could get me what i wanted, it seems she wanted to say good riddance, and again said i could do what i needed to but that all i had to do was to come in to visit the doctor (on a day i couldn't make work, weeks out), with all the inserts (that they'd screw up) to get squared away. all in all, i felt dr haubelt (the original doctor i saw) was kind but did a poor job listening to me about what i wanted and screwed up my inserts the first time around, leading to this confusing process. the second doctor i saw, dr bianca, did have to deal with my disappointment, but was a real jerk to me and i think that got in the way of him understanding what he needed to do. all in all, i would not recommend. read more

I contacted 3 or 4 Podiatrists via online inquiry and they were the only ones who got back in touch with me to schedule. They had me in within 3 business days.
