I recently sold my home in Florida. My realtor recommended Bella Title and Escrow. I no longer live…read morein the state of Fl so this was a mail away closing. Unfortunately, Bella Title did not contact me. I had to call the week before closing to get information from a not so knowledgeable staff member. When asked if they had insurance to cover for wire fraud she replied...."you would think so." I then spoke to the owner, who I thought had understood my request to have a more seasoned person help me with my closing. The very next day the same not so knowledgeable person contacted me. Of course, this did not give me anymore confidence in them. We painfully got through closing. Did you know they retain $200 just in case you do not pay your water bill? Well, strike 2. I sent them the receipt after paying the water bill and was met with.....we need to check with the water department before we send the check. Guess what? Five weeks later and no check. I had to call yet again. I am not into third chances. Thumbs down on this business. Move on.

All my insurance policies are through them, when I call I get like a VIP treatment, also I've referred friends who are getting the same treatment. I also purchased a manufactured home and wanted to add that to my policy, Leslie let me know State Farm did not write those policies but connected me in touch with a wonderful guy Steve who took care of this for us. Being in Florida and seeing Morgan & Morgan adds everywhere I talked with Leslie about getting a blanket policy to CYA for we have investment properties and do not want to risk a potential law suit any time soon. For someone to say they take the money and run please try the other agent I was with before than re write your review, or maybe they worked for another agents office and thought this would drum more business by bashing others, not good business IMO
