He put in pictures that brick house was bowed by using his hand and not a level, said my floors were bowed without using a level. Unfortunately, he made our beautiful house out to be a lemon that needed lots of professional people to look at. He scared off the buyers that we didn't even have a chance to resolve the issues! They dropped the contract. We hired a structural engineer to look at all the issues he stated was wrong with the house. The professional engineer stated that we had no issues, the walls were not bowing and showed several spots on the brick wall with a level, along with pictures proving straight, there are no un-level floors proved out with leveled pictures. PLEASE, be careful hiring an inspectors for buying or selling a house because surely not a reputable inspectors! Thanks Hurricane WV
