That was five weeks ago. I've called to follow up three times and ask for the quote. 4th phone call, got an AI "assistant" ... supervisor supposed to call within one biz day. I've heard nothing. Now I'm 5 weeks behind after explaining I wanted to move forward, get scheduled. People in this contractor field don't show up, don't finish, and don't seem to be honest. How is that my fault?. And she said it took longer because it hadn't been cleaned in a while. My kids and I have kept up with the housekeeping while I have been recovering from surgery.
