Work was divided into two parts, tile removal to accommodate new kitchen cabinets (one day) then carpet/old flooring/baseboard removal, leveling, install Tarkett ProGen in the entire house and all the finish work that really makes things look great. Thomas did an excellent job with the estimate and detailed scope of work (SOW). Two days after install it rained and our lanai leaked. Water all over the new floor. Not one bit of damage! Just a $1500.00 repair bill for the roof, ouch. We are very happy with our choice of East Coast and the floor product. Note: I do not believe that ProGen is a DIY type product due to it's rigid warranty requirements.

I hired mike to install new panels on my porch and install a 6" gutter, the old one was 4.5"w and leaking Mike agreed to install the 4 new panels and a 6" gutter for $3,800 my daughter was present. He never said he will be installing a kit , well the kit came With a 3 inch gutter.... I was surprised when i got on my ladder and saw the 3"gutter, i was very unhappy with it . I questioned mike and his reply was. It came with the kit and can't change it ... I told him if i knew it was a kit with a 3" gutter i would have said no and that he needs makes it right, he hanged up on me. He never called when he was supposed to, finally a month later he called and said he wanted To swap the gutter, I never thought he will put back my old leaking gutter with only one bracket holding it instead of 3 to 4 brackets. Mike is a deceitful person, very unprofessional and disrespectful After his workers did the gutter swap i got again on my ladder and noticed the damage to the shingles on the side of the porch panels adjacent to the roof The sealing tape and the caulkin were a mess, mike never checked his employees work, not once! ... Then, he came to my front door asking to be paid or he will rip off the panels...he threaten me. Since I have to find now some one to install a new gutter and fix the roof shingles, I went ahead and deducted $400 from the $3,800 and paid him $3,400. $400 is not enough is going to cost me over $500.
