I was considering hiring Wood Kitchen & Bath in Inverness for my total master bathroom remodeling. I met with their salesperson Frank at my house. He told me that he will prepare an estimate, but before the plumber would come out, I needed to pay a nonrefundable $500 for all the work he already had did. Having slow business, they skip the payment later and let the plumber come out anyways. I also wanted to replace my pocket door with old French doors of the same size as the original door. That was part of the original estimate. Another person came out with Frank and looked at my bathroom. They insisted that I would buy the vanity from their company as Frank told me that's where they make the money. Stupid comment from his side. The vanity they offered to me as a custom made would have been the same quality of the same item online, but $1,000 more expensive. So, I asked for an estimate without the vanity. They took it out but added $2,000 to the labor. When I asked why I was told it was for the French doors which were already in the original estimate, but because they would cause so much extra work. That's when I knew that they were trying to rip me off. My current contractor is putting those doors in for me for $300. When Frank from Wood Kitchen & Bath asked me why they did not get the job, I told him that he lost my trust! Something to consider hiring this company! read more

Had Wood Kitchen and Bath do a major remodel of kitchen and master bath with minor remodel of guest bath. After seeing the results in our daughter's kitchen remodel we knew just where to go. We had a good idea of what we wanted to do and Bill was able to put that plan on paper along with great suggestions that we adopted. He coordinated every step with sub contractors and every one was skilled at their trade. The biggest project turned out to be our big walk-in shower and Todd the tile contractor is meticulous. I am very pleased with the kitchen cabinet installation. The installers did a wonderful job and they made sure to clean up after themselves. Furthermore, in order to save my granite countertops, Rock Solid was hired to come in and remove them, then reinstall them after the cabinets were completed. Again, a wonderful job was done without any damage to the granite. After the kitchen was completed, I noticed the valance had not been hung above the kitchen window, so I contacted Wood Kitchen and they sent someone out immediately to rectify the situation, even though I had already paid the bill in full. I am so impressed with their customer service. And my last comment is regarding my 2 little dogs. My property is gated to protect my animals and the workers were very careful to shut the gates when coming in and leaving. read more

I worked with Bill Tiedemen summer of 2023. He brought my vision of 2023 to my 1980s house. I had bathrooms partially renovated and the rest of the house completely renovated. I have continuously flooring throughout and a brand new beautiful custom kitchen Bill was very pleasant and easy to work with. He was very accommodating. One cabinet business wanted us to pick cabinets by looking on the internet. They didn't have a showroom or displays and they didn't seem interested in what we were looking for. They left it to us to get all the measurements and layout. We aren't carpenters. So we did a search for cabinet businesses and we checked out Wood Kitchen and Bath, LLC. Oh my gosh we wished we had skipped all the struggle with the other cabinet company. Wood K & B made everything simple and worked with us when we changed our minds on colors. They came out and measured and measured again when we had question. They came when they said they would. If we had questions they answered them all. Being new to the area we were very lucky to have stumbled upon, Wood Kitchen and Bath, what a great company to work with. We had a new home but needed to add a few details to put our own stamp on it. Our project manager was Frank Groves, he was there, every step of the way, from design to installation, always available to make suggestions and answer questions. He even visited our home after a hurricane came through while we were not there, to check for any damage! We had a laundry room installed along with an entertainment center, and bureaus for our walk in closets. Frank came up with a wonderful design for the laundry room, and suggested great choices for the entertainment center, cabinet fronts, color and hardware. All of the trades people Frank recommended were top notch as well, and the finish product is just what we envisioned! What a great company to work with. Had the kitchen, floors and bathrooms totally redone and the results were second to none. The project manager, Frank, was great to work with. He came up with a great design of the kitchen lay out, helped with the selection of the products, from cabinets, faucets, handles, countertop, backsplash and flooring. Bryan, who redid the lighting, removed a wall, and gutted the kitchens and bathrooms, and other various things, is very skilled and a pleasure to work with. Both are very conscientious, meticulous, and take pride in their work. The results speak for themselves.
