Their customer service, dedication to their client base, commitment to excellence is second to none as it regards the insurance industry. For that matter any business at all. T he representatives or account executives seated in the front are extremely capable and on top of their work habits. You have a question they have an answer and give it in an expidited, clear and concise manner. Truly always a pleasure to deal with. Polite, professional and so knowledgeable. If I need to call I never dread speaking to them as I know they are ready and eager to answer or help me in any way. The agent who represents me Jennifer is par excellence. I feel like I am her only client and when i speak with her over the phone or in person she treats me in a manner that makes me feel like I am so exclusive. Her knowledge of the industry is vast and her care and concern and consideration for me is very amazing. Numerous times I called to ask questions that they normally would not be tasked or responsible in answering, but yet Jennifer did not hang up the phone until she felt that I was truly appeased- even if I did not get the answer I was hoping to receive. They are all very honest. They are all caring like an immediate family would be. While I am not one of them I hear it is very common for customers to regularly just walk in and say hello. My husband and I were with AAA For 12 years and never had a claim. Our insurance kept going up and going up with no explanation. I called Jennifer Wood, whom I have know for a few years now, and ask her for quotes. The price was what we started with AAA. About a yr after we started with them, our entire down stairs flooded. I was so nervous we would be cancelled or our rates would sky rocket. Nope in fact everything was fine. We had an adjuster out there within a few days and the drying company was at our house within hours of the flood. After all the long days we had with loud fans, people in and out, and construction all over again, we were so happy how the claim was handled. In April of 2015 we bought an OHV that required insurance. However we did not know that we needed it until July. Long story short Jen was able to talk with the underwriters and convince them to back date our policy so that we were not charged an arm and a leg for the "certificate" of insurance America First Credit union was adding to our loan. I love that when I walk into this insurance office nearly everyone knows my name. I've had my auto and renters insurance with them for about 6 years and I've alway been happy with the rates and especially the service. These guys do business with lots of different insurance companies and periodically (seems like every year or so) they'll call me up to say they might have a better price or to talk about the policy. Point is they call me - not the other way around. Ask for Ryan or Jen when you call and tell them Mikey said to call - they'll know exactly who I am. read more

I have been using safeguard insurance since the late 90's for our commercial insurance. Nick defiantly knows insurance, he was able to save us money by shopping our workers compensation policy and made sure it was written under the correct class code to further save us money but keep top notch coverage.
